The first fieldwork my supervisor had never supervised a student and she would talk about patients behind their backs among other unethical things. This supervisor decided to flunk me and the Stockton fieldwork coordinator did not listen to My grievance at all. In fact, I told the Stockton fieldwork coordinator that there was another OT there who agreed to become my new supervisor and she blew off that idea and gave me an incomplete for that fieldwork which meant I lost the money I paid for the fieldwork plus I had to repeat it. Don't handover a lot of money and waste time if your are not going to get the support if there is trouble at fieldwork.

Over the years I have utilized a page they have set up on Facebook for parents with questions. Parents (especially new empty nesters) have LOTS of questions. I find this page helpful to this day. When I have had to deal with staff in other capacities, they have always be pleasant & helpful. Parking seems to be the biggest issue at the school, there just isn't enough of it. That may be because they are one of the few schools that let freshman bring cars. Hopefully they will work those kinks out but in the interim, the education my daughter received completely negates the parking issue.

Nope dude absolutely not. So glad I'm graduated from here. I've made some good friends and they…read morewere a few good teachers but other than that the school was just chopped. The teachers felt unprofessional. And the gym teacher was terrible, she would just whine and complain all period that the students wouldn't allow her to teach and I'm sorry but she needed to learn to shut up! The teacher I had for 5th grade homeroom and my 6th grade math teacher was also terrible. She wouldn't bother to explain the lesson herself and just play videos of it. And when someone didn't understand the lesson she'd just blame them and move on. She was a terrible math teacher, I hated her! Only good thing about the school was recess sometimes, and my friends. Also the discipline was sexist the boys would get in trouble for stuff the girls would do all the time not to mention the girls almost never got in trouble. Very chopped school overall.

On multiple occasions they decided to close the school for "staff inservices" and notified the parents via email the morning of school closure with no prior notice. The teacher turnover is so high and we were never notified of staff coming and going. When I decided to take my child out to enroll into a better daycare they refused to refund my security deposit. My recommendation to any parent interested in enrolling their child into this daycare would be to search elsewhere. He loved it. He fell in love with the teachers, the students, and would sit in the car telling me about his day. Miss Elisha (and Miss Beth while she was there) is fabulous. As accommodating as you can imagine. When I lost my job, they allowed me to change his schedule to make things easier. They knew my name after that first visit. That impressed me. My son never wanted to leave. I had to drag him out for the first few weeks!! As the other poster listed, my son did not come home with pink eye or anything like that. He did get a virus, but who knows how he got it, even though other kids had it too. Even with all that hand washing, some stuff is just unavoidable. He was out for a week with it - if anyone remembers that winter of December 2012, that virus ran over everyone in its path! I recommend this daycare/preschool to everyone I know that works or lives nearby. If I didn't live so far away now, my daughter would be going there right now! Thank you to Mr. Andrew, Miss Peg, Miss Amy, Miss Linda, and Miss Dana for all the love and care they gave my boy! Jonas misses each of you very much! Erin D.

I was shocked to hear this , I ask what was the reason, the director of the Mother Goose, informed me that she had a court order given to her saying I was not allowed to pick up my son or receive a code, given to every parent of a child attending this daycare, so that parents can do surprise visits, to check on their child, safety, and the environment they are learning in. I informed the director that this was a mistake, and could she please email me this court order, detailing instructions that I , the father of this child could not receive a code to enter the daycare or able to pick the child up. The daycare director told me she is not going to email me anything. I said your not going to email me the court order, because you don't have one, you are following orders unfairly given to you by my ex wife. The daycare director, new I was telling her the truth, so she did what a small percentage of Caucasian women , who's confronted with the truth by and African American Male, she "Karen up "and threatened to call the Authorities on me. Knowing I was 100% in the right, and knowing that her Prejudice, was the Result of over a year of husband Bashing from my ex wife, I called her bluff , and invited her to call the police, she then said, I'm not going to call the police, I'm just gonna kick your son out of our daycare, he will loose his spot. I then asked her , would you want your son going to a daycare that you are being discriminated against, made to wait outside Mother Goose learning center, until your child is bought out to you, other parents free to walk in and out of the daycare, while you stand there like, a child Molester, Child abuser or a wild animal, other parents steering at you , trying to figure out what going on here? The director didn't answer my question, she just threatened to kick my child out of her daycare again. I do not recommend this daycare, because of the Discrimination in humiliation I was put through, and the clear display of Karenism towards African American men, and their children.
