As accommodating as you can imagine. When I lost my job, they allowed me to change his schedule to make things easier. They knew my name after that first visit. That impressed me. My son never wanted to leave. I had to drag him out for the first few weeks!! As the other poster listed, my son did not come home with pink eye or anything like that. He did get a virus, but who knows how he got it, even though other kids had it too. Even with all that hand washing, some stuff is just unavoidable. He was out for a week with it - if anyone remembers that winter of December 2012, that virus ran over everyone in its path! I recommend this daycare/preschool to everyone I know that works or lives nearby. If I didn't live so far away now, my daughter would be going there right now! My daughter started when I went back to work at 6 months and is currently 17 months old. The teachers at clockwise are so kind and attentive to her needs. They notice everything and keep me updated. Every day we get a report which is so helpful to see how long she napped, what she ate, etc. Clockwise taught her how to crawl, walk, transition to formula, and even transition off bottles. A child wandering out of a room unsupervised constitutes a serious licensing breach. I have continuously tried to work with the daycare to resolve the issue. They have forced me to sign an agreement which is a breech of law to supervise my child. they do not wish to work with me to resolve the issue, instead they are trying to switch responsibility to me the parent and have stated several times to me that there facility is not safe for my 2 year old child who has been attending there since he was 3 months old. I do not recommend them to anybody. I get called 2 or more times a week to come pick up my child. this also accured previously but I had let it go but now they have gone to far!!!

Staff (preschool teacher) suggested she was "tensing up around Black children," which was extremely upsetting and inappropriate. I had already informed them she is in the process of being evaluated for autism, yet that context was ignored. What made it worse was a staff member pointing out that she was "fine around the white child in the room," which felt insensitive and unprofessional. My daughter interacts well with adults of all backgrounds, including Black staff members, so this conclusion about her behavior felt inaccurate and concerning. Additionally, she was placed in a baby room without my knowledge, where I did not have camera access. I was not informed about this change, nor was I notified that she needed more diapers--they simply used a different brand without asking me. Overall, communication was poor, and I did not feel my child was understood, respected, or properly cared for. I would not recommend this location to other parents.

We went to Empirical for occupational therapy to work on her handwriting and a few other areas she needed support with, like improving her fine motor skills and dealing with some sensory issues. The therapists were super kind, and they really understood how to work with young kids. My daughter actually enjoyed going to her sessions, which made such a difference. We saw great improvements in her handwriting and other areas as well. I'm really glad we chose them and would definitely recommend Empirical to other parents looking for extra support for their kids.

They did thorough evaluations and made a plan for his treatment that included occupational therapy, applied behavior analysis, and speech therapy. They also helped our grandson switch from elementary school to middle school by closely working with the school's IEP team to set goals that were just right for him. Because of their expertise our grandson has improved a lot in different areas. His communication skills are much better now, and he's learned a lot of important skills to handle everyday challenges on his own without acting out as he once did.
