The center was very accommodating and welcoming with new children entering into classrooms mid-year. They helped my sons feel supported and comforted and had safety protocols in place to make us feel safe bringing our children there. They have both learned so much and have made friends. They even potty trained my two year old! They had a fun and socially distanced Trunk of Treat for Halloween and also just got an outdoor playground upgrade that my boys are so excited about. The teachers are dedicated and give thoughtful feedback during conferences. The lesson plans are creative and include lots of hands on activities. I would highly recommend this school to parents looking for a positive and safe daycare experience.

When we moved to NJ he went to school as well in swedesboro. When we moved to deptford and transferred him to tutor time. Within a month, Hr would cry every morning, begging and pleading not to go to school. " I don't like school" "please I don't wanna go" etc. My husband and I just put it off because we just thought he was a normal 3 year old that didn't like going to school. He then would act out when we got home, terrible attitude, crying, hitting, it was almost unbearable. We talked to someone at the center and they mentioned how he wouldn't nap. Of course I know my child and I figured that could be a factor but they immediately dismissed any other concern. Fast forward a couple of months of literally heartache before and after school, Dmy husband gets a TEXT from his assistant teacher, saying she's quitting and walking out and she cares so much about our that she's worried about his safety because our son was being mistreated and she thought we should know. My husband immediately went to the school and talked to her, apparently two teachers were caught being high while "teaching" have been caught hitting children, falls asleep while watching kids and that they would purposely send our son home with sh*t in his UNDERWEAR just to inconvenience My husband and I because we were one of the last ones to pick him up for the day. I noticed on the cameras that this one teacher was ALWAYs sitting on her phone or the tablet they had. When my husband confronted the director she blew him off and offered half off tuition. My heart literally broke because our son was trying to tell us the best he could but he didn't know how. He's been at the learning experience ever since and has since never gave any issues going to school like he did before.

I was incredibly nervous, as she has never gone to day care or any such program. The staff was amazing (thank you Deb and Jeanie), and they had a handful to deal with. I was a crying fool the first 2 days. My daughter LOVED it! So much so that I signed her up for 5 days of pre-school. Lynn and Jeanie are wonderful! They truly love their job and it shows every single day. My daughters teachers, Laura, Donna, and Mindy are fantastic! My daughter is the youngest in her class, but that has not stopped her from anything. In fact, school has helped her in so many ways from speech development to social skills. But you should keep expectations at basic level. Pros : Teachers and administrators do seem to have a good relationship with the kids. Bright and inviting rooms and playground. Playground padded floors, has awning for shade. When compared to other daycares around the area, the price is competitive. Please take into consideration the summer activities fees when looking for daycares, it is on top of monthly fees and not optional. Food is included. Kids were kept safe and never had any injuries so that's a plus, considering the caretakers are pushed to the max and stressed. Cons : It's more like a babysitting place than a school. I don't see the kids doing crafts or learning much. It's mostly just giving them paper and crayons, or the kids just running around in chaos. The caretakers are very young in their early 20s, only there temporarily. The caretaker to kids ratio is at the max allowed. Staff turnover is high, there is a new random face taking care of the kids every month. There is no big common play area for the kids to play in the fall/winter. In spring/summer they have outdoor playground. But when it's cold, they're stuck in 1 same classroom all day. No camera for you to watch your kids throughout the day. They can use a carpet deep washing, at times it smells musty. If you're just looking for an ok place to send your kids that's fairly priced, this is your daycare. If you want more of an active learning place with more attention spent on your kid(s), spend more for a better experience.

TLE quickly became more than just a daycare for us--they became family. The staff is unbelievably caring, patient, and genuine. Every single staff member knows my daughter by name, and she knows them too. She lights up when they greet her, and even if I don't know all their names, the fact that they know hers and are truly excited to see her means the world to me. I now can provide a true testament of the skills that he was already prepared for before kindergarten. And the values they taught to make "right choices", right down to my favorite quote that we repeat on the regular... If it's sticky and sweet it's a yucky treat, healthy food is a power treat! And Miss Debbie the director truly cares about the children and runs a fabulous program. Love this school, I'll be sad when my daughter graduates.
