ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CENTER!!! Hands down the best out there. I legit did not expect to start crying when I told my daughter's teacher that she would be leaving at the end of December--and then cry again when I told the front staff. A good daycare is hard to find, but an amazing one is truly rare. My daughter started at TLE back in 2023 when she was just 2 years old. Having had my older son home for 6 years until kindergarten, the thought of sending my new 2-year-old to daycare absolutely terrified me. I was stressed and anxiety-ridden and toured every daycare in the area you could name, so trust me when I tell you this is THE ONE! TLE quickly became more than just a daycare for us--they became family. The staff is unbelievably caring, patient, and genuine. Every single staff member knows my daughter by name, and she knows them too. She lights up when they greet her, and even if I don't know all their names, the fact that they know hers and are truly excited to see her means the world to me. For parents looking for a safe and supportive environment, this center goes above and beyond. The classrooms are always clean, organized, and thoughtfully set up. The communication is amazing--I always know what my daughter ate, how she slept, what she learned, and get multiple pictures daily. Their transparency gives me complete peace of mind. The structure and consistency TLE provides are incredible. They balance learning with play so well. Education-wise, they are phenomenal. My daughter has learned so much--from early academics to social skills, independence, problem-solving, and imaginative play. The curriculum is legit amazing. It is engaging, age-appropriate, and actually fun. She comes home excited to show us what she learns EVERYDAY. Speaking as a teacher myself, what really sets this place apart is the genuine love they show for every child and their teachers dedication and passion to be there (these women are NOT just there for a paycheck). Everyone of the teachers my daughter has had celebrate birthdays, milestones, silly moments, and hard days all with the same level of care. They comfort, redirect, encourage, and cheer on the class as if they were their own. Review as of 2026 : Overall, it's not a bad place to send your kids when taking into consideration: Fairly priced, considering similarly priced daycares are not as new. But you should keep expectations at basic level. Pros : Teachers and administrators do seem to have a good relationship with the kids. Bright and inviting rooms and playground. Playground padded floors, has awning for shade. When compared to other daycares around the area, the price is competitive. Please take into consideration the summer activities fees when looking for daycares, it is on top of monthly fees and not optional. Food is included. Kids were kept safe and never had any injuries so that's a plus, considering the caretakers are pushed to the max and stressed. Cons : It's more like a babysitting place than a school. I don't see the kids doing crafts or learning much. It's mostly just giving them paper and crayons, or the kids just running around in chaos. The caretakers are very young in their early 20s, only there temporarily. The caretaker to kids ratio is at the max allowed. Staff turnover is high, there is a new random face taking care of the kids every month. There is no big common play area for the kids to play in the fall/winter. In spring/summer they have outdoor playground. But when it's cold, they're stuck in 1 same classroom all day. No camera for you to watch your kids throughout the day. They can use a carpet deep washing, at times it smells musty. If you're just looking for an ok place to send your kids that's fairly priced, this is your daycare. If you want more of an active learning place with more attention spent on your kid(s), spend more for a better experience. read more

My son was new to daycare and he had the added bonus of being a "covid kid" so he was not used to socialization, being away from home, or being in a structured school-setting. The teachers and staff there are friendly and build a relationship with each child. Initially, my son had a difficult time adjusting, but now he loves "Elephant school" as he calls it. He is learning to share and be more patient he has also expanded his diet and will try new things at lunch and for snack. TLE also plans a lot of special events and fun things for the kids. The assistant director even made an effort to call him "Scooby" since he insists his name is Scooby Doo. I'd also like to add I'm pleased with the security there. My husband was asked for his ID when picking up our son because he is not often there and I appreciate that they are keeping our kids safe. read more

Let me start this review off by saying that my son has never attended here- and never will. I called this facility with questions about the teacher:children ratio, class size and pricing. The only information I could obtain over the phone was that the curriculum was wonderful and that "they" were very proud of the establishment. I had to make an appointment to come in for a tour in order to get information that would seem to be basic- pricing/ratio/class size. Upon arriving at the center, I pulled into an almost empty parking lot at 6:00 p.m. on a weekday evening. There were 2 workers sitting on a bench out front of the building- neither said hi to me as I passed by. When I got to the second, locked door, a girl opened it for me without a hi, or even a look. I walked in and the girl at the desk asked me what I was there for- I answered a tour. Not a good start. While waiting for the director (who had told me that she was going to be giving a tour right before mine but who arrived into the lobby late for my tour but with no other parents around), I looked around and noticed that unlike Bright Beginnings (my #1 choice as of now), there were not monitors of the classrooms on the wall. Instead there were 2 archaic looking t.v.s in the director's office- not viewable to parents coming or going unless her door were wide open. The director was smug and when I would ask her direct questions she would flounder around with a not so direct answer. For instance, when I asked if any of the 3 (yes 3) teachers that were in my son's age room had degrees in education, she answered that one worked for the Red Cross, one had taken a semester off from school and the other had 2 children of her own. Ok, so the answer is no then, right?, I had asked. She then thought and counted aloud of how many of her teachers had degrees (7 or 8... yeah right!). I told her that was irrelevant to me; I wanted to know about the people who would be teaching my son. I then asked their age range- early 20's. I'm not saying that younger people aren't good child care providers, however I am saying that experience, knowledge, degrees and age bring a lot to the table. She continued to show me more rooms- not nearly as nice or as clean as B.B. I told her that she didn't need to continue because by age 4 my son would be in a legitimate preschool, not there where their "curriculum is excellent"- this was never proven. They do have a nice indoor playroom, however my child wouldn't be able to enjoy it for at least another year since children have to be fully potty trained to go into it. When I asked why I was told it was because there was a ball pit in there... hmm, isn't that what diapers are for? Well, to conclude this, when we sat down in the office afterwards she finally showed me the pricing. Not bad ($925), however- they charge $75 more per month if you drop your child off before 8:30 which anyone who works in the city or starts work at 8:30 would have to do. I left after giving her some feedback which she took with a scowl on her face and had to add in a jab at B.B. that some of their students were now at The Learning Experience. I highly doubt that. Either way it was unprofessional of her to say that. I walked back to my car, past the same 2 women who were still waiting on rides, and who still didn't acknowledge me, confident that my experience at The Learning Experience was not a good one. read more

Visting this school it seemed as if it was an amazing school until my son was enrolled. He has had 4 different teachers in 2 months, because corporate was coming they finally put up abc 123 and color posters while kids were getting dropped off, kids arent learning anything, and its always dirty. I am very upset with this place and look forward to disenrolling once this month is over. His teacher looked out for him until she moved to another class due the the non structure class. dont let your child go there unless you dont care about educationing your child read more

We went to TLE for 3 years, from preppers to Pre-K. My daughter is now going into second grade. She adored her teachers, and really was able to get into a good structure, regimen that got her ready for kindergarten. I never thought the facilities were dirty! My only 1 complaint is that they did have a high turnover at the time; however, by the time my daughter got to Preschool 3, she ended up with the same teacher for the entire year (Miss Michelle). I would still not hesitate to send another child here. The learning was good, she enjoyed the activities, structure, and it was clean, affordable. read more

My daughter has been going there since December and she loves it. The ladies there are all friendly and know her name. I feel like they are all taking care of her regardless of who her current teacher is. The place is clean and colorful and they're continuously changing the message boards with different themes in the hallway. read more

Well I have to write an update to my previous review. After the business changed hands this child care center got very chaotic, unorganized, and there was quite a lot of turnover of staff. I do hope they're able to work on those things as it really was a nice center, but I did move my child to another child care center that had s bit more stability. read more

I'm not sure a review of the daycare facility tour is very useful for parents looking for a place for their kids (re: the 8/14/12 review). I had toured all of the daycares in Cherry Hill before selecting TLE. I actually found the tour to be the most energetic and informative of them all. My son had previously been at home with his grandma during the day but since we moved, we needed a daycare. My son started in the Toddler Room at 18 mos. The employees and teachers knew exactly who he was from day 1 which really impressed me. They greet him by name every day. The Toddler room teachers were so patient with his adjustment since he had a lot of trouble saying good-bye to me in the morning. Eventually, he ran into the room to play without any crying. The kids work on art projects, sing and dance. My son has learned his manners "please", "thank you" and to say "hello" when someone walks in the door from his teachers. He also learned his ABC's, counting and colors from them. While I had been demonstrating these things all along, it wasn't until he was amongst a group of his peers that he decided to say them himself. Every chid is different but learning in a group seemed to help my son. The only negatives are not the fault of the daycare facility: child not home with family all day and child gets sick more often because they around other kids. This is true of any daycare so basically I haven't found any negatives about TLE. I look forward to seeing how he does in the Twaddler room now. I'll try to update later. read more

My son has been attending this school since he was 6 months old, he is now 3 years old in preschool 2 classroom and he loves the teachers at TLE. Each teacher shows him an eminence amount of love and patience. The teacher dance, have playtime and most importantly teach my son everything he will need to know for kindergarten. I'm glad I went to tour this place because it's nothing like the two negative reviews said it was. The place is clean, security is tight, the staff was super friendly and after 30 minutes with the assistant director- is currently my first choice in my search of daycares in the Cherry Hill area. The curriculum is strong and the children look clean, happy, and engaged. This is EXACTLY what I am looking for to care for my child. I have a few more to look at, but I can't imagine another facility topping this one! read more
