My boys have been here for almost a year, and we love it. Ms. Bethany, Ms. Angelina, Ms. Selita, and Ms. Jurie are a phenomenal admin team. I always have leave the facility happy knowing how much my boys love being there. Ms. Lynette in the toddler room treats the kids like her own, and Ms Dipti in preschool is amazing with the older kids. There are many more amazing teachers that I could call out. I've never had either boy complain about the food, and I love that they serve lunch and snacks. The summer of fun program was a blast with the water play, and all of the activities they had planned. I couldn't recommend this daycare more. read more

The teachers, owner and management (especially Miss Bethany) discriminate against children based on the donations and gifts their parents give. My child is always ignored and neglected because i dont spend much on any donation or charity they support. I am paying the fee, though (each month), yet my child is not taken care of. Other kids and parents are given preferential treatment. My childs pictures are never clicked and hung at the center or facebook page. It just makes me sad how people can be so greedy. read more

This is the worst daycare I've ever experienced for my kids. We were in a pinch since losing our previous daycare so I hurriedly enrolled my 4.5 and 2.5 year old in TLE mt. Laurel after a brief and uninformative tour. But I was desperate, being a single mom and only had so many options. This was a huge mistake. My girls have only even there for 2 months and my 4 y/o has had the hair ripped from her head, she's been scratched, kicked in the stomach while eating/drinking, been bullied, and even kicked in the eye purposefully by the students in her class. Clearly the staff and management don't care enough to handle this correctly. I also haven't had one single piece of artwork sent home or any other school work sent home the entire time. So what exactly are they doing there all day? Whatever it is, it's not worth nearly 3k a week, nor is it worth my children's well-being. read more

This is the first child of mine that is in daycare, I was so nervous about someone else being responsible for my baby when I was at work. Every single person at TLE Mt Laurel is amazing. The communication, the programs, everything. My daughter is always so excited when we pull up! Extra big shout out to Miss Gianna- she always makes my daughter feel loved and safe- she's also GREAT at communicating to my husband and me about my daughter. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who will listen. They made it such an easy process getting used to having a child in daycare. read more

My daughter has been attending this location for a little over a year now and we could not be happier with the decision that we made. Although when we first started there was a high teacher turnover rate, but they always made sure it was a smooth transition, so it didn't affect the children in their care. My daughter is loved tremendously here, not only by her teachers, but the whole staffing team. Management is so positive and welcoming when we drop her off and very attentive while she is in their care. I will be bringing my future children here and highly recommend others to bring there's as well! read more

When Jazz was there it was amazing. She was so competent and was confident in her role there. After the old director left I feel like it all went down hill. 1. The staff turnover rates are insane. It effected my daughter and the consistency messed with daughters level of comfort. She was left with a teacher who would SCREAM at her. Which is insane to think or say outloud. But she would literally hate going because this girl would treat her horribly. I brought this issue up with the management there and nothing was ever done about it. I hear her screaming at one of my daughters friends when I dropped her off one morning. When I inquired about it management brushed it off like it was no big deal or that nothing will be done. Absolutely mind blowing. 2. My daughter came home with scratches down her back for at least 2 weeks straight. I gathered that there was someone with Autism in her class. But he was nonverbal so he often lashed out at the kids around him. I brought up my issues with him hurting my daughter and NOTHING. Let me repeat this. NOTHING was done. They continued to allow this child to hurt not only my child but others in the classroom. They are not trained to deal with this level of care. They kept him because of the money which was horrible for my daughter and the kids in her class. 3. Short staffed following the pandemic. The kid to staff ratio is extremely off. Making them unable to designate the appropriate time to the kids. 4. I've picked my son up once and he couldn't breathe. My son has very back asthma. I have sent him with an inhaler just incase he were to need it. The one night I picked him up it was so bad we ended up in the ER. The staff claimed that he was fine and they didn't know why he was breathing like that and it must have "just happened". After hours of being in the ER and 4 nebs later we left. Prior to leaving the ER doctor told me he was so bad that he had to of been like that for hours - which was real comforting to hear. I'm sure there are people who have had a great experience here. Which is fine. Mine has not been nice and I do not recommend them for the reasons I stated above. The mounting negative experiences I have had outweighed the good. Anybody that brings their child here needs to seriously rethink that decision......the amount of serious injuries my nephew has received in their care is unbelievable......unfortunately he is only 1 1/2 yrs old and can't tell us what happened but we know from many medical visits that his injuries are evidence of neglect......I hope somebody shuts them down ASAP and tells the others parents what really goes on there........I am sick to think that the director there cares more about filling in spaces than child care......these children are our special gifts and we need to cherish them. read more

WOW, is this a daycare? I'm having a hard time staying away from TLE Mount Laurel not because my baby is in there, but because the staff at this location is beyond amazing. My first day there, I chalk it up to great timing - I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Dana, the Owner, who was going to gift me with two sets of shelving that TLE was phasing out. She's more than wonderful. I was charmed by Tina, the Director at this location - you need someone like that to run the show. Where were these women when I started working? I spent weeks researching the right daycare for my firstborn and was getting frustrated just as I stepped foot into TLE Mount Laurel, and I knew immediately this was the right centre (excuse the weird spelling, I'm Canadian). It was right because: 1) Your kids are in a safe environment with state-of-the-art ventilation, air quality matters and you KNOW the difference when you take a big breath in the building. 2) Your kids are having fun, but most importantly, they're absorbing all the materials from the curriculum this school offers, because it's never too early to start them young. 3) The staff LOVE your kids. I won't even say they care - care is one thing, these teachers LOVE your kids. The director knows every parent and child that comes into the building. That leads me to the next point... 4) Security is TIGHT. The ladies at reception? They know everyone who comes through the double doors. Tina, the Director at Mount Laurel knows every parent and child in the school, and she also steps in with reception duties when the ladies need a break. Dana, the Owner, comes in on a regular basis to check on everything as well. 5) The Teachers at this location, no matter the classroom, they always greet the parents (unless they're busy with a screaming toddler), even Teachers that aren't directly associated with the classroom that your child is in. 6) Eric, the gentleman who keeps TLE oh-so-tidy, is an amazing gift. He is the reason many parents choose this daycare instead of others. TLE is SPOTLESS and so clean - the procedures they have in place to keep this centre clean is bang-on. 7) You want to know what your child is doing all day, then this is the place. There are real-time updates via a secure app that the teachers update when they are not changing 16 babies out of swimsuits for Water Day, and they will let each parent know what their child did, ate, when they slept during nap time, etcetera. Two times my babygirl lost the same shoe. Both times they found it because the staff went above and beyond AFTER HOURS to find it for me. I couldn't even say that I would help my husband look for one sock if he lost it, let alone staying past closing at work to look for it. Daycares are about your kids, and this centre makes it more than just about your kids - they make it an experience entirely for every family. Yes, I ask for more photos than other parents. My child got a virus from other kids in the daycare. She also had a minor accident tripping on a dinosaur. There was one day she slept too long, which was abnormal and her Teachers found out she had a fever. The difference between this centre and others? I was notified immediately, irrespective of whether it was a positive outcome or a negative one. And to be honest, it doesn't matter when you have constant communication between parent and TLE Mount Laurel. I probably called more than 10 times the first day I dropped off my child. By the tenth day, she was waving me goodbye and hugging her Teachers. Parents, if you're looking for a daycare, I've saved you all the trouble by looking around the other places. If COST is an issue, you're in the right place at TLE Mount Laurel. If CARE is an issue, you're in the right place at TLE Mount Laurel. If SAFETY is an issue, you've got the best facility in the area, hands down. And if you're just poking around, still deciding, visit the place, because I guarantee after you've seen just ONE other place, you'll be back at TLE Mount Laurel. read more

I cannot say enough good things about The Learning Experience in Mount Laurel. The staff are wonderful and caring. The owner and director are both very accommodating and are available regularly to deal with any questions or concerns. The facility itself is very modern with every precaution taken for children's safety. Even the doors have padding so that children can't get their fingers caught. I have never seen anything like it. Classrooms are equipped with the latest technology including smart boards for the three year old and up classes. There is an on-sight curriculum coordinator who oversees all instruction. The new director Tina is absolutely horrible. She was cold and had no care for the level of upset and discomfort I showed. I will never deal with the T.L.E franchise again, ruined my first daycare experience and tried justifying the fact that one of her teachers overlooking my child having her breakfast, when I dropped her off with her breakfast as I always do for the early care program. Wonderful curriculum, but terrible customer service. Was told that while I had multiple concerns they were small. Someone with a mindset like that should not be in charge of the care of children. read more

Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! They could care less about the well being of your child. They just care about the income. The turn over is terrible. There is a different teacher taking care of my child almost every night I pick her up. They gave my friend's daughter another child's breast milk (gross). They offer updates on an app for your child, however it does NOT work. They cram the infants in the room and there is no where for them to crawl or anywhere to go other than the crib and high chairs. HAND FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE was going around in the toddler classroom, my daughter caught the virus and when i asked the teacher if they knew of anyone else that had it, she said they were notified a few days before and if she would have known, she would have been wiping everything down. Management then put up a notice 2 weeks later for the parents that the virus was spreading. The teachers do not follow the curriculum. My daughter has been bit 3 times by another child, they failed to call the last time. All a scam for the amount of money they charge and broken promises. Extremely Disappointed! read more
