She's excited to go and see friends and teachers in the morning, and she's happy and laughing/singing/dancing/smiling when we pick her up. Her teachers make a point to give us updates from the day, and it's been really fun getting to know the whole TLE team including staff. My wife and I also love that we get to see pictures of what she's doing with her classmates throughout the day. Also - TLE is competitive from a pricing perspective. I thought the cost would be way higher than what we've seen around Voorhees/Cherry Hill since they have an elevated level of care, they use a phone app, they provide updates/photos throughout the day, etc... but the truth is, it's about the same as what we were paying elsewhere. In fact, after discussing cost and asking about potential discounts with TLE management, they actually identified a discount that we qualified for. I would recommend TLE Voorhees to anyone!

My review is unbiased and solely what I believe, the directors care about the children, but can be rude. Some of the teachers are good, most are not, I left because of the things I had witnessed and tried to correct, one specific incident was when a child 1 was hit by child 2 because child 2 was having a bad day, teacher held child 2 and told child 1 to hit child 2 back. I informed the directors and their solution for this problem was to place said teacher on leave for the rest of the week and place her in a different room when she returned to work. For me I would think that calls for immediate termination. Teachers favor certain children. All in all I would NEVER send my children here again. My daughter hated going here everyday and now that she is in a new center she asks me every morning if she gets to go to school now. Forever Young has a good facade but be mindful, read reviews, stop in unexpectedly and see how they really run things.

I withdrew my child from this center for a myriad of reasons that compounded over the short 6 months that he was enrolled: 1- unclean: the establishment always smelled dreadful. My child contracted hand foot and mouth in his second week of daycare. He proceeded to have such a severe case that we took him to the ER because he was so dehydrated and refused to eat due to pain. He had to miss school for 2 full weeks of school. I made the daycare aware of this and they didn't have the decency to even respond. $700 in prepaid tuition lost due to no fault of our own. 2- about a month before my decision to withdraw my child, "incidents" started happening. At least once a week, I'd get an incident report. Once, there were two incident reports in a day. One of the times, he went home with a big scratch across his forearm. 3- lacks transparency: cameras are present in the daycare, but they are only "live streamed" so if an incident happens, there's no recording to watch. The daycare allows parents to go look at the cameras, but you're required to let the daycare know before you drop by.. kind of defeats the whole purpose. 4- Management is inflexible, unkind, lacks basic empathy. So please, before you decide to enroll your child there, consider this review, and search them up on facebook for another parent's account of what happened to her child in this center.
