They were able to get me connected with Gainesville Towing Service to service me. Thankfully with AAA it does give a bit of a discount for a new battery and received a good quote. The company quoted me a wait time of 20 minutes or so as it was 5pm traffic time. The driver was in communication with me as it took longer than 20 minutes. About 40 minutes later, my driver arrived and apologized for the wait and did explain he was on the driver available and was coming from the opposite side of town. He did his diagnostic test and confirmed my battery was pretty much on its way out. The service in total took about 15 minutes and was seamless. I do appreciate his professionalism in spite of AAA's miscommunication via text service about the wait time.

While frantically trying to find someone that could get her car off the side of the road, A-able Wrecker came up in a Google search with good ratings, so I gave them a call. They had her vehicle picked up in under an hour and dropped off at the collision shop that I requested. They also kept in contact with her to let her know that the car was delivered and the keys were placed in the drop box. I hope I never need to rescue my daughter from the side of the road again, but if it happens I know who to call. Also, my daughter was very excited to tell me that the driver was from Mims, which is only a few minutes north of where we live.

The technician they sent, Chris, was amazing; communicative, fast, and thorough. The service was extremely reasonably priced, I could see where he checked that the new tire was holding air, he was careful not to damage any paint or trim on my car, he torqued the lug nuts to spec, and the entire change was done in about 20 minutes. If I ever need anything like this again, I'll try this business first. They are also veteran-owned, which is nice.
