I finally made it to the counter only to be discriminated against by Alexis (whom I later learned was the assistant manager of the store) in favor of two Hispanic ladies, and I being a male African- American. Alexis attended to the Hispanic ladies before me despite the fact that the ladies were not in line and I protested that fact, but she just ignored me and started conversing in Spanish with one of ladies. I believe everybody deserved to be treated fairly irrespective of their race.

I cannot comment on the service because I did not need any. The online items use to be up front. I did not have time to shop. For value, I saved $20 on an $80 item. That's nice.

Since Kohl's sent me a $5 birthday gift, I found a perfect excuse to shop here. I noticed this store is more fully stocked than the other stores in Houston. Cashier was the only person I interacted with. I didn't really need any help. The fitting rooms are at the women's department which took me awhile to find them. While there was not much time left to shop, I did what I could to pick up a couple of shirts. Yeah. I definitely have to come back when there is a sale.

Based off the Google reviews, this place seemed to be popular with so many cute clothes, but when I walked in, I was not impressed. Could have just been bad timing that I walked in? From the moment my best friend and I walked in, we were immediately greeted with warmth. A special shoutout to Noemi "Mimi"--she was absolutely outstanding! From setting up a dressing room for us and checking in on us throughout our shopping to wrapping up our visit at checkout, she was so personable and friendly. We truly loved her! The store itself is wonderfully clean, organized, and filled with a great selection of truly pretty finds and incredible sales. As a side note, the dressing rooms have clean, plush carpet, which is a total must when you're stepping around barefoot while trying on clothes! Between Mimi's top-tier hospitality and all the great pieces we found, this location has earned a permanent spot on my shopping list. I'll definitely be back!

I was in today -I was in the shop for about five minutes and of the younger girls working greeted me. Finally the older lady working did greet me and was very nice. That is the first time I've ever been welcomed in that store. I usually pop in when I am just in workout gear. Not dressed super cute. But they have no idea the size of my checkbook. Today I bought a blouse and the girl checking me out had a tag hanging from her blouse that she was wearing. I told her her tag was showing and I asked her if she was just going to put that back on the rack and she said yes that they are required to wear clothes from there and that they are allowed to put them back on the rack. I personally think that's disgusting for them to wear clothes all day, work in them & then put them back on the rack to sell. This price point I would not expect that. Super disappointed. Definitely moving on to all the other cute boutiques in the area

No wonder why Athleta use to offer alterations, when I worked at BR, in River Oaks (Highland Village) we offered that as well. I'm sad that this classic offer has discontinued throughout the entire Athleta. The last location to end this sweet service was Rice village. I love the fabric of their pieces here. Everything feels amazing. I found out they had dress style pants in the same material and other stylish pieces. I always thought it was just yoga pants and sport tops. The service was friend from Celina, she was helpful and knowledgeable. All retail items are 20%Off from the original price. I really like that Athleta had additional 50%Off on the lowest ticket price! Just beware that they have items that are final sale. And the sales pieces won't be eligible for military discount.
