They sold us a brand new motorcycle that is already registered to someone else and we found out when we went to register the bike.

Great people and a great mtoorcycle shop. Rumored to be selling to a local car dealership, they will be missed.

Right off the bat it was leaking power steering fluid and oil. From day one. Something they had to know was wrong with it. Now I've found out the brake rotors on the truck when I bought it are too small and have ruined the pads. Several other things are wrong with it. The salesman is as sleazy as they come. Lee Peregrine is his name. Such a snake. Lied to me straight faced when I asked him if it leaked any fluids. I compare him to Herb Tarlek. Only Herb is more decent. I'm considering small claims court at this time.

After the sell, Lee agreed to mail me the remaining funds from financing with the title and spare keys in the mail. The title came as promised but no check. I called Lee who said I can come pick it up between 3-5 pm on Monday. I am in the Army and don't get off until 5 so I asked if someone could wait for me to get up there and he said no. I told them that this was their mistake and asked him to make it right and he refused. He said he could mail it, but I needed it by Tuesday and it won't be here by then. I asked for motor world's owner's information and he told me I didn't need it and that he would not give it to me. I told him that was wrong and I would get it eventually anyway. He still refused and so I hung the phone up. The owner still hasn't contacted me. No way I'd recommend this dealer to anyone.

In 20 years of owning multiple R6 I have never paid more than $1000. These dudes want to rip you off in the worst way possible. I encourage you, if you are considering getting service there: go to the counter tell them what you need, then say the price seems a little high... you will see Banner turn to Hulk. I told them I got quoted $1050 at LCC, which is true, and they got extremely rude with me. Keep one thing in mind, this is a veteran owned business, I am a veteran, and they know that, and they still act like pricks. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect a fair price. I expected too much I guess. I wouldn't recommend LCC either (I left a review for them too) in today's climate, you would think these places would want to retain consumers, but their employees don't seem to have the customer service tools in their toolboxes. I have given these guys multiple chances, and they are just rude and entitled. I can't trust my bike with someone that's trying to rake me over the coals.

I recently dropped off two jet skis at Advantage Power Sports for service. When I returned to pick them up, the taillight on the driver's side of my trailer was broken off and dangling. I had specifically inspected both taillights before leaving home, and they were fully intact. There were no incidents while driving, and the damage was clearly new when I picked up the trailer. When I pointed this out to the technician, he brought it to the attention of the service manager. The manager told me immediately that the light was already broken when it arrived, which didn't match my memory or inspection. He offered to review camera footage, but the video was too distant and unclear to prove anything. It honestly seemed like someone may have accidentally stepped on or kicked it while the jet skis were being worked on. What really disappointed me wasn't the broken light itself -- that's an easy fix -- but how the situation was handled. Instead of listening and trying to find a fair resolution, the tone quickly shifted to defensiveness. It felt less like a company standing behind its work and more like a "cover yourself" culture. This isn't about the cost of a taillight; it's about integrity and how customers are treated when something goes wrong. I believe most people are good, and most businesses want to do right by their customers. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here. If you choose to do business with Advantage Power Sports, my advice is to trust but verify -- document your equipment before you drop it off and inspect everything carefully when you pick it up.
