Service at the sell was fine. The truck had several small dents and a large scratch on he rear quarter-panel, that weren't pictured online, but the truck appeared to be in good shape, so I bought it. After the sell, Lee agreed to mail me the remaining funds from financing with the title and spare keys in the mail. The title came as promised but no check. I called Lee who said I can come pick it up between 3-5 pm on Monday. I am in the Army and don't get off until 5 so I asked if someone could wait for me to get up there and he said no. I told them that this was their mistake and asked him to make it right and he refused. He said he could mail it, but I needed it by Tuesday and it won't be here by then. I asked for motor world's owner's information and he told me I didn't need it and that he would not give it to me. I told him that was wrong and I would get it eventually anyway. He still refused and so I hung the phone up. The owner still hasn't contacted me. No way I'd recommend this dealer to anyone. read more
