I was on a cross country road trip and my bike broke down and they were extremely helpful in trying…read moreto get my bike fixed in a rush so I could get back on the road. Unfortunately the rear wheel was not fixable but they tried everything they could including reaching out to aftermarket shops for a chain that I needed. As well as reaching out to a machinist to see if they could fix the threads in the wheel. They even went as far as to make me an offer for my broken bike as trade in for a new roadglide. Even when I didn't buy a bike from them and they had tried a bunch of options to fix the bike they gave me a ride to get a rental car so I could get where I needed to go. On top of all of this the location is amazing it's so cool to get to see all the old history in this place. It's a very cool Harley shop that you don't see very often anymore with so many Harley shops going very corporate and turning into some run of the mill dealership. This is definitely a dealership that I will do my best to visit again, at some point I will be doing another coast to coast trip and I will make a serious effort to stop at this location again
