Do not purchase anything from this company. Sent me something other than what I ordered and will not respond to my emails asking for a refund. What they sent me is not what I ordered and they refuse to answer my emails and make things right. They will not even respond. Do not purchase from anything from them. read more

This is a fairly standard Casey's and I'm so glad it's here! Some friends of mine live a bit…read morefurther west along this highway and I've been driving this path a few times a year for well over a decade without a solid stop. To have a Casey's is certainly an improvement! This one is par for the course. Decent restrooms, okay selection. I remember thinking it could have had a few more options (think sparkling water), but aside from that it was an overall decent stop.

I went to the Casey's at 11110 E 23rd St in Independence and picked up the best bone-in wings I've…read moreever had. They were big, meaty, perfectly crispy, and quite a bit cheaper than the wings at Pizza Hut. But a week later I ordered their wings again, but my order went to the location at 11109 E 23rd St (which is several miles west of the other location). These wings were still tasty, but overcooked and dark brown instead of golden. Then a week later I ordered wings again from the 11109 location, and they were also overcooked. They also included a bunch of fried batter without the chicken, which was pretty disappointing. I think I'll try the 11110 location again, because the first batch was so good. Casey's seems to be moving up in the world, with locations popping up all over. I'm sure they'll give Quik Trip some stiff competition. Their pizza is pretty good, too, but their only salad offering is the Italian salad, which I didn't particularly care for.

While the vehicle was eventually delivered, the overall experience was highly frustrating and one of the worst transactions I've ever had. Communication and transparency were consistently poor. Salesperson Bruce Murphy showed little urgency, required constant follow-ups, and failed to properly prepare the truck (it arrived with the same dirt spot noted during the video walkthrough plus additional interior stains). He also provided incorrect information on taxes and delivery requirements. Finance manager Ian O'Connor was unprofessional, performed multiple unnecessary credit pulls without clear explanation, and mishandled the $1,600 tax overcharge refund (sending it to the bank instead of directly to me as discussed). Delivery updates were delayed and reactive. On the positive side, sales manager Dennis Rainez was excellent--transparent, proactive, and responsive once he got involved. He provided regular shipment updates and offered compensation for the dirty interior and low fuel upon delivery. Despite eventually receiving the refund (after refinancing), the repeated misinformation, poor follow-through, and subpar service from key staff made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Rolling Hills Toyota or buy from them again.
