A pleasant hotel with a soul. Booked this hotel months in advance on booking.com and was very happy I did., We had an excellent room - large with soaring ceilings. The breakfast was nice and there were a few good options on the menu. The hotel is clad in wood and history. We were adjacent to "the Harry Potter room", which was what we called this tucked away, sort of hidden reception haall that was stunning. The location is a block or two from city center (excellent yet quiet), and the service was very prompt. No complaints at all other than it was a bit expensive for the value, but hey - it was vacation and I would return tomorrow if I could! read more
