Its a bit hit and miss with the drivers, some are super friendly and love a natter, others are less cheery, and you can't really blame them for that at 2am dealing with the tenth trip of drunks! Anyway I've never had a problem with them, they never seem to take longer routes ect.

However, that isn't the case with Dragon Taxis. Every Dragon Taxi I've been in always had a friendly driver willing to chat with you or have a laugh. I'm guessing it's something to do with the culture of the company or if they just train their drivers to be customer service oriented, but there's definitely a lot more of a laidback attitude - makes for a lot more of an enjoyable ride! ~ Prices: Like I said, Dragon Taxis are far less expensive than their competitors. Like seriously less expensive. My partner and I took a non-Dragon Taxi cab to a location and then took a Dragon Taxi straight back. The same exact route --- difference of about £10. What can we say? If another company is at the front of the taxi rank, then I brace myself for a shit ride.

Booked it cos had an appointment and its now 6.22 and rang again to be told yea wont be long. This seems to be the norm lately but never an apology!
