Alpha Mini Buses is used as a coach service for my school, yesterday on satrday the 28th of july I…read morewitnessed the single most unprofessional act from someone working in the service industry; a female bus driver blocked off the sixth form parking lot with her mini bus due to people accidently leaving cars in the bus park. She then began to argue with us about it being her right to park there, calling us immature and swearing amoungst other things, joined by the driver of the alpha coach (another employee). The only way I can describe this is totally unacceptable and childish behaviour by a middle age women aimed towards school children.
