If I were them, I'd do something with that, advertising wise. Anyway, far from being the 'taxi firm of the devil', Gemini are actually a very reliable local firm with plenty of taxis on their books. I have always found them to be polite (both the drivers and the receptionist) and prompt. Their charges are also reasonable. I've always got their number in my phone for emergencies, but I know I'll remember it anyway!
