The previous post says she does not know what she is doing is so true. I have many, many emails just trying to get ahold of her and many, many text messages just trying to get ahold of you. She sent off a CHATGPT list of unnecessary items to prepare for your taxes and this itemized list of items to do your taxes on her site. By the time you upload and categorize everything, you might as well do your own taxes. Then she just does NOT answer your calls, emails, or texts until the deadline to file. She missed March and then, in September, does nothing except question your bookkeeper, as she wanted the bookkeeping work and asks why you didn't use her. She is unqualified. I have just filed a small claims lawsuit against her as she refused to refund funds back.
