How in the 10 years of me going to them for annual screening is this the first time I had ever heard about owing them never mention to me and all the times I had been going to them. I am terrified of needles and i dread giving blood samples. I asked for the other Phlebotomist when Latoya entered my room because i was uncomfortable with her taking my blood. As a result of tensing up from the stress, i am now left with a large painful bruise on my arm. If it werent for Emily, i would have walked out and went to a different lab.
