He also compiled my lab scripts and entered them into the system faster than the line I had to wait on simply because there may be two employees staffed on a Saturday morning. Nonetheless, I'll come back because of his exceptional service to make this process as seamless, efficient, and painless as possible. Parking usually is easy unless the lot is packed. They also have valet service if needed. These are just some reasons to come back when they serve both Northwell, NYU, and any hospital that faxes or gives you a lab scripts on paper for them to process. Unlike some hospitals, such as Mount Sinai, they don't let you combine scripts with other hospitals and this inefficiency cause the patient to have to go elsewhere to bundle their blood draws, especially if they have deep veins. It's so nice to have a centralized lab to get all your tests done in one place instead of getting poked multiple times for each doctor's tests.

A…read morewoman in a lab coat called my name, I went up to her with the paperwork from a Northwell doctor (not from some no-name organization. Northwell.) She said to me: "What is this? I need a script" very brusquely and disgustedly, obviously annoyed. She walked away. I had to call the doctor's office, very concerned that the doctor had sent me off from 40 minutes away without a script for bloodwork. I had to ask them to send the script, which they sent me by email. It was the exact same paperwork. I waited, wondering if I should interrupt one of the lab techs and ask if I had the right paperwork. I finally did interrupt Theresa, who checked the paperwork and assured me that it was the actual script. It was 27 pages (genetic testing), lengthy and involved, but Theresa, calmly and patiently, took on the task, which took her quite a bit of time. She was thorough and friendly -- in short, terrific. She is why I am rating this 4 stars. Obviously, the other woman in lab coat didn't want to take on such a Herculean task, so she sent me off to call my doctor to beg the office to send me the "real" script. All of this was totally unnecessary and stressful. But, hey, she got out of doing it, right? My advice to her? Have fun doing those simple, lazy, little jobs, hon. NO ONE is going to want to work with you for long. And you are bad for business.

I sat down in the lab room and she didn't even look around to say hello. She typed away on her computer for about five minutes before acknowledging me. While I was waiting, I noticed several URINE samples sitting on the table next to me. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.!!! After she had done her paperwork on the screen, she told me I had a $50 co-pay and when I took out my payment card she made me lean WAY across the room (I was sitting down in the patient chair) to hand it to her without even getting off her seat. What a lazy, non-Customer Service focused person you had doing my lab work. I will never return to this location based on my experience and I may never use quest again. Absolutely dreadful from start to finish.

The previous visit the girls called the doctor because they couldn't read her writing but still were not able to understand the requisition, so I went to Quest. I have had trouble with this lab in three different locations and will no longer use them at all.

Dr. Qadir saved my life. I am a cancer survivor…read more When I went to Dr. Qadir, I was exhausted from completing 6 years of home hospice care for my Mom. She could tell that I hadn't been taking care of myself. She pushed me a bit, to get a Mammogram, and then some additional testing. Very early Breast Cancer was discovered. After surgery, I will not need to do chemo or radiation.

She seems liable for malpractice, ranging from patient abandonment on the first visit to…read moregaslighting. I would verify her qualifications given her website promotes all sorts cosmetic services and awards that I can't imagine how she received after seeing how she runs her practice as well as treats new and existing patients. Her staff, ranging from the front desk to the physician assistants, tries their best and is the only saving grace for her practice, which is conveniently located across from Walt Whitman mall. They are friendly, diligent, and do try their best while staying calm, collected, and professional unlike the doctor herself, who seems passive aggressive. Given the poor reviews and experience, I don't recommend her practice unless you want to go through the pain of feeling this distress yourself.
