I had to go back a couple of times for a procedure and every time has been just as good of an experience as the last. The people at the front desk were so friendly and informative. The techs were great and made me feel very comfortable. I had Chris for a nurse and absolutely loved her, she held my hand during the procedure and made me feel at ease. Came here for an X-Ray of my hip and it was easy and convenient…read more Waited only about 20 minutes until I was called. The X-Ray was quick, but getting up off the X-Ray table was the hard part. The person doing the X-Rays saw how much pain I was in and said she would put a rush on the results and told me to call my doctor the next day. Sure enough I called my doctor's office and the results were there. The people working here are friendly, I will definitely return when I need more testing for this hip pain I've been having.

Super thankful! Let…read moreme explain why. First, I called to schedule an appointment, and the woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful. I asked for a same-day or next-day appointment as I am trying to get pregnant, and my doctor believed I had a dangerous cyst and wanted me to get an MRI with contrast on it. Well, this woman called all these locations, got the pre-approval, and worked her magic. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. The second thing that happened was when I got there I got all setup and the NP I believe found out I was looking to get pregnant and was concerned that the cyst may not be a cyst and could be a follicle since it was over a month since not getting my period. She did a normal preg test but it was neg but it could be just that I was early. The thing that I loved was that she was so concerned and understood what my concerns were and asked that I come back a different day after my blood work came back with a negative preg test. I am so I'm[dressed that she was truly concerned and thought what was best for me. I feel so comfortable and thankful for people looking out for others and not proceeding with something that could harm a baby if this were to be done... so Kudos to that NP! I really appreciate you !

Here we go, So this review is going to be a bit long because…read morethere is a lot to say about this hospital. For all who don't know this is a cancer hospital. Yes, the big C. I have a positive review however there were some negatives along the way of this long journey. I'm glad to say I'm now cancer-free. Yippie. Let's start with the administrative office. There was a rep there by the name of Yolanda. She helped me in so many ways when I thought at one point I couldn't move forward she coached me & got me through it. May God be the glory. I have to give thanks to my breast doctor. Dr. Moo, my reconstruction surgeon Dr. Coriddi, my oncologist Dr. Brochway, and Meredith - the social worker. Amazing doctor through Radiation, chemo twice, and 6 surgeries. It's over. I'm free. I am here to see 50 years old. I'm celebrating life, optimistic, and moving forward. If you have family and friends that were diagnosed take them to Sloan Kettering. It's a great hospital.
