They proceeded to tell me then until I paid this bill I was no longer able to schedule appointments with them. How in the 10 years of me going to them for annual screening is this the first time I had ever heard about owing them never mention to me and all the times I had been going to them. I have a positive review however there were some negatives along the way of this long journey. I'm glad to say I'm now cancer-free. Yippie. Let's start with the administrative office. There was a rep there by the name of Yolanda. She helped me in so many ways when I thought at one point I couldn't move forward she coached me & got me through it. May God be the glory. I have to give thanks to my breast doctor. Dr. Moo, my reconstruction surgeon Dr. Coriddi, my oncologist Dr. Brochway, and Meredith - the social worker. Amazing doctor through Radiation, chemo twice, and 6 surgeries. It's over. I'm free. I am here to see 50 years old. I'm celebrating life, optimistic, and moving forward. If you have family and friends that were diagnosed take them to Sloan Kettering. It's a great hospital.

I asked for a same-day or next-day appointment as I am trying to get pregnant, and my doctor believed I had a dangerous cyst and wanted me to get an MRI with contrast on it. Well, this woman called all these locations, got the pre-approval, and worked her magic. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. The second thing that happened was when I got there I got all setup and the NP I believe found out I was looking to get pregnant and was concerned that the cyst may not be a cyst and could be a follicle since it was over a month since not getting my period. She did a normal preg test but it was neg but it could be just that I was early. The thing that I loved was that she was so concerned and understood what my concerns were and asked that I come back a different day after my blood work came back with a negative preg test. I am so I'm[dressed that she was truly concerned and thought what was best for me. I feel so comfortable and thankful for people looking out for others and not proceeding with something that could harm a baby if this were to be done... so Kudos to that NP! When I called again, I was advised that Sierra was not in this day and someone will return my call. I'm still awaiting a call. Can I request negative stars on this site?
