They actually added a few more problems for me to deal with. Extra thirty miles on my truck than when I dropped it off, flat tire, couple new dents, and several new scratches around the bed. He attempted to blame the weather, his tools not working correctly, and finally opted to storm off as I continued to refer to the poor quality of his work. I have dealt with a lot of people over the years in various blue collar trades, he is by far the worst. Completely unprofessional in dealing with customers, horrible quality, the list goes on. The truck driver was great but I was told by the lady that answers the phone, that the sooner I got my truck the better because of the storage fees. When I showed up the next morning (having to borrow a friends car and drive 20 miles each way) I was told that in addition tho the storage fee, there would also be a $50 fee to open the gate. This company takes advantage of the misfortune of others. If I had know, stranded on the side of the road, that they had such low reviews on every outlet, I would never have let them leave with my truck. It didn't help that the police officer couldn't have cared less.
