The owner, Crystal, is one of the most unprofessional person (RUDE) you will ever meet. (WORST COMPANY EVER). Initially -- I was hestitate to use this company, many had negative feedback on them - but someone said to give them a chance - I should have listened to the majority of reviews - when you see them all over online -- WORST company, worst customer service ever! LISTEN. I bought 2 bathroom vanities (granite) - when they installed them - they needed to turn off the water. Going into this process - they never informed me about plumbing or hiring a plumber - since obviously, I would have. First they didn't have the tool to turn off the water, thankfully, I had a neighbor that did. From there - they completed the installation. Before I signed for the job - I reminded them to turn the water back on. They said they couldn't do that - only a plumber could - since my valves were bad?! I was apalled! If they noted my valves were bad - why would they have started the job? They knew I didn't have a plumber! It was nearly 2pm - and I was stuck with no water! I called the owner, Crystal - and she literally told me it was MY PROBLEM - and HUNG UP ON ME!!! The installers as my witness. Seriously?! She claimed she told me I needed a plumber (not true) but in the next breathe said - she didn't know my valves were bad - okay, so what was it? Either way - they were in the wrong and needed to find me a plumber. As a contractor - it was probably easier than what I went through - and the extra costs I encountered. we had a previous, small, no seam countertop replaced with one by this company that included an awful looking seam in the middle of it. We have 2 different heights of backsplash because they measured incorrectly and didn't bother to fix before they installed. They broke off the plumbing flush with the wall when unhooking under the sink. Their response: "You're going to need a plumber for that" There's a piece of molding they removed and it's just lost. multiple scratches and paint tore up. all this on one simple countertop. now learned that Lowe's no longer uses this contractor and I can see why. read more

This contractor rescheduled us 3 times the night before they were supposed to be there. They arrived 2 hours late once we were finally on the schedule. They stayed well after we were supposed to go to bed and didn't have enough supplies to finish the job. They destroyed our walls putting in the countertops and broke an entire door frame. The kitchen is a mess and the sink hole that they cut is crooked. I would have never picked this contractor if I hadn't have had to use whoever Lowe's contracted. This is the worst job I have ever seen. I wish I could give them zero stars read more

We had both our bathrooms redone. Master was only flooring and vanity. Guest was flooring vanity and tub replaced with tile added. Work was done very well. Workers were courteous and efficient. Price was reasonable compared to others The vanities are high quality and the granite is beautiful. Very well installed. You get to pick your vanity out along with hardware colors style. I know it has increased the value of our home. Very pleased read more

I really wish I could rate NO stars but afraid my reveiw won't be posted so reluctantly choosing one star. This was a terrible experience and wish I would have read the reviews I now see on this site before starting to work with this company, but they were recommended by my contractor and thus we embarked to work with them on the purchase and installation of Quartz for our kitchen remodel. First, when they came to remove the old granite, they messed up our walls, having a hard time removing the granite. It ultimately cost us more for our contractor to fix the walls. Then, when they brought our Quartz for install, it was not cut correctly (too short), with gaps the size that would fit your hand all round. They refused to cut it again, so our contractor had to spend 1/2 day adding new drywall to fix the gaps because if not the backsplash needing to also be installed would have fallen between the gap in the Quartz. Initially SAK&B (Crystal) mentioned, after we had paid them in full, we could send the bill and they would pay for it, since we were fixing their mistake. When we sent the bill ($820 to fix their gap mistake only; we were going to pay for the walls they damaged), they refused. Although not anywhere on the invoice, Crystal indicated that they would not pay because she had provided the measurement trip charges for free but would now charge us, after the fact, and so she could avoid paying the invoice we had presented. She actually doctored up a new invoice with new line item and comments, after we received a fully paid invoice days earlier where no such comments ever existed. I literally couldn't believe it. What a liar and cheat. How unprofessional. Now I wish we would have demanded they re-cut everything, which would have certainly negated most of their profit to begin with...but we did not want to do that...we are not that type of people. While other reviews indicate Crystal is the owner, she said she was not when I went to talk to her in person, and she said the owner rarely ever comes to the shop but that the owner's wife would be coming in soon, and while she would ask again, she had already refused and commented negatively about our contractor. Needless to say, we're still waiting for over a week for a call from Crystal to indicate if they will pay our invoice. Doesn't look like it will happen, I will stop here as I'm getting long-winded. I would love to communicate the actions I am planning to take against SAK&B but will simply caution EVERYONE to stay away from this company . read more

Worst customer service experience I've had in many years. After weeks of broken promises, lies and being treated like we were out of line asking for a straight answer, I spoke with manager about the issue and was given a flippant condescending attitude. They even refused to process a refund on my card, making me drive up there and chase a check. With so much quality competition out there do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place!! read more

I had a very small kitchen remodel for which I needed to order cabinetry: installation. On the outside the cabinets look great but on the inside there is shoddy work. The job was started in November 2016 and it is now April 2017 in the following year and my work is still not completed. The dishwasher has yet to be installed properly and anchored, the stove is not reattached to the wall, there are no shelves in the cupboards next to the stove, and someone managed to put floor trim instead of 1 inch trim around the edge of my breakfast bar. The last time I called I was given the excuse that the staff were not able to enter my unit - totally untrue as there has been a key available since I was there in November. Being from the Midwest I have contractors that I work with who complete both large and small projects in a very short period of time and all of the details are taken care of so this was quite a disappointment. Owning multiple properties, I don't have time to constantly make phone calls to try to get people to do their job s and this has taken way more hours of telephone calls and emails than anything I have ever experienced.. I have called and spoken to three people over the past month and it's still not completed. I was told that someone would call me back and no one bothers. Of course all the up for us upfront when you're paying for the cabinetry in the service and writing checks you get called back immediately. Perhaps if you spend more money there with a larger number of cabinets you'll get better service. I certainly won't be using this company for my new house that I'm building. Whether you are installing nine Cabinets or 99 cabinets the quality, workmanship, and service should be the same - excellent. My Highhope's for finding great company in Florida to do my next cabinets have been shattered. Suggestions welcomed as I now need I don't need a great builder great kitchen designers and multiple contractors. read more

This was the WORST company we have ever dealt with in regards to customer service. We hired them to install granite, sinks and faucets in our three bathrooms. The installers were late and showed up with a broken piece of granite for the backsplash. They tried to install the broken piece and our property manager was on site and told them that was "unacceptable". The installers told him "Don't worry, we can patch it and the homeowner's will never know it was broken". Needless to say, our property manager told them absolutely not. They also installed a piece that was chipped and cut crooked and wanted to patch that piece as well. The plumber never showed up on the scheduled day after our property manager waited all day for him. All of this going on and their front office is calling me DEMANDING payment...before the plumbing was even in and before the job was completed! We paid them half up front and the other half was to be paid at the completion of the job. This all drug out for over a week until they finally completed the job to our satisfaction. We never received an apology or follow up call to see if we were satisfied. I don't know how they keep their doors open with the awful service they provide! read more

After a great deal of research and online reviews we chose St Augustine Kitchen and Bath. Our decision was based predominately on the fact that we could actually see the granite slabs we purchased and could therefore decide on specific designs and aesthetic aspects of our particular slabs and incorporate those patterns in our design We carefully designed exactly what areas would be cut into the specific high traffic areas in our home. We focused on only three cuts and let the what we deemed the experts cut the remaining counters with the best utilization of each slab. Imagine our shock when not one of those three areas were installed in our home. The counters we received had a great deal more stress cracks and flaws than we recognized in our selection. Unfortunately many of these flaws and stress cracks are front and center in the highly visible areas of our counter spaces. We expressed our dissatisfaction of what we actually received and were offered a cutting board made from the same granite. We declined. Seven installation appointments later we are left completely discouraged and disappointed after the huge investment of money and time. read more

Bought 3 drawers and 1 face from this company. I paid in full up front because I was told this was a simple job that they could finish in one week. I was so excited because this was the beginning of December and that would give me plenty of time to have everything ready before my family came on Dec. 24th. One week later I called to check on when I should pick them up, I should have asked for a refund right then when I was told they hadn't been started and it was going to be another week or two, but I was optimistic I could get these before the holidays and the "manager" Janel seemed to think this was possible. On December 23rd I was told they had completed 1 of 3 drawers and I could pick it up if I wanted to, but it was probably the wrong size and not painted. What? The woman I spoke with didn't even know I ordered 3, she thought only 2. It seems all of their employees I spoke with did not have the willingness to assist or support me. They are very unprofessional. I spoke with someone else and they told me it would be at least couple of weeks for completion. They could not provide me with more detail or solutions other than "they'll be done when they're done". Furthermore I was first told to wait 7 days and then I was told "it's the holidays we are just too busy" after they'd taken my money and given me the one week estimate. Every time I talked to them it was a different story. So they had already been paid in full but gave me terrible customer service with no worries on their part. I wasn't offered any consolation or discount. The worst part is the attitude they give you when you call, like you are bothering them. Really? I'm sorry I'm just tired of waiting around. I didn't know calling to check in every 2 weeks was so bad. After 6 weeks I finally received a call they were done. I asked how I would be compensated for this long overdue completion - and I was NOT going to be. In fact they claimed I was under charged (I paid $40 per drawer and $30 for a face) and that I should have paid more. REALLY? These look TERRIBLE. They are made of obviously cheap plywood with splits and notches. I can't imagine what kind of hoops I would have to go through to get my money back, but we are contemplating it now. Do yourself a big favor and go to Home Depot and buy yourself some cabinets or build them yourself. It may not be cheaper, but you will get better customer service, better quality and have them on time. read more

I worked here for about a month and a half. I asked for a raise which was promised to me and the conversation ended with my termination over a one time mistake which I offered to pay for. Very unstable and unorganized I seldom worked on the same job twice if ever at all making it hard to finish anything I started. Every customer complained of work taking months, yes months, longer than was anticipated and I tried to reassure them knowing there was nothing I could do. Some people are given the chance to own a business like this and just don't know how to run it. It's really sad seeing how much potential they have but they just let it slowly sink. Would not recommend them for a remodel way better companies out there. read more

Recently (fall 2017) we had our kitchen and master bathroom remodeled and we are so pleased with the outcome! Kitchen: new granite counters w/ deep undermount single sink, new tile backsplash, new cabinet hardware, recessed lighting, install new appliances. Master bath: new extra tall vanity w/granite counter and undermount sink, new comfort height toilet, gut shower stall and finish with new tile & dual showerheads & frameless glass door, install new vent fans in water closet & shower. All workmanship is quality; each worker was professional and friendly and easy to work with. The last guys who come in to do do the finish work are so detail oriented! It was a pleasure to work with Dave, Angelia, Crystal, & Janel. Appliances aside, I liked that I was able to go into the St Augustine Kitchen & Bath showroom and pick everything from tile to hardware to faucets. Angelia, Crystal, & Janel were very helpful with this. Without having to undergo a total gut and renonvation, our 20 year old kitchen and masterbath look fresh and current. So happy! read more

What a wonderful experience!! From start to finish, was treated with courtesy and professionalism. I received some design advice and am totally pleased with the results. Our fabricator Gil and his crew, did a beautiful job measuring, fabricating and installing our countertops. It was a pleasant surprise to receive a cheeseboard today that matched our Cambria Quartz countertops. Absolutely deplorable service, inferior products, and the management is a joke! I started a project with them at the end of February 2015 for two vanities, granite countertops and two sinks. Firstly, they measured incorrectly, the cabinets arrived in their store and they could not install for 9 days. 9th day and with a mandatory two hour window appointment time the installer arrived with the cabinets. The cabinets did not fit and the installer sat in his truck for two hours trying to call the designer and the owner David to seek a solution, he then left leaving the cabinets all over my office. After a few days I called the store and the designer informed me that I had to pay $100.00 to move the plumbing so the cabinets would fit.......as it was their measuring error I refused. Finally, they said they would move the plumbing but didn't want to repair the wall "as it would not show".......not acceptable! Finally, they agreed to repair the wall. Cabinets still did not fit......their solution was to wrap the granite countertops around the door trim. They even showed me pictures of other jobs........they must mismeasure on a regular basis to have to keep wrapping granite around door trim. I told them that was not acceptable. Now days turned into weeks, they have been totally unresponsive so my contractor went to the store.....when the manager David was informed that my contractor wanted to talk to him, he ran out of the back door, jumped in his truck, and left (LOL) unbelievable! We are now at the beginning of May.......still no response to phone calls. Conclusion........save your money and find a company that actually acts like a professional company.
