I can't begin to express how much I love TLE. Daycare is such a daunting experience for parents,…read moreand all you can hope for is that your child is taken care of. At TLE, they truly go the extra mile to not only make them feel cared for but fully loved. The staff are all so amazing, kind, attentive, and welcoming. They keep the facility very clean and well-maintained. Their curriculum is really well structured and so engaging for the kids; it truly is a "learning" experience. My daughter started going there when she was 2, and just 6 months later, she has learned SO much. I can tell she trusts her teachers, which is so important, and truly adores them (Thank you Ms. Kelsey, Ms. Fatma & Ms. Michele). She loves all the friends she's made and gets so happy to tell me about her day, show me everything she's learning, and everything she created. What went from originally dreading having to put my daughter in daycare and feeling extremely guilty about it, is now something I feel proud of and lucky that I get to bring her here, and already feel at ease in having my son join just next year. I can't thank Diane enough for everything she's doing with TLE, you can tell this place is her baby, and to all the staff and teachers for making me feel so safe, comfortable, and confident in my decision to bring my daughter there. I would recommend this facility to all parents.

If I could leave no stars, I would! My 4-year-old son, who has a developmental delay due to being…read moreborn premature, had 3 weeks off from his regular school, so I reached out to this place to accommodate him during that time. I was very clear about his needs in every conversation I had with them. I called multiple times to provide all the necessary details, and everything seemed perfect for him to start. He began on a Monday--a completely new environment with new peers, he a behavioral complaint. On Tuesday, it was described as a good day. On Wednesday, they said everything was perfect. Then, on Thursday, I got a call from the owner, Margo, telling me they were not a good fit for my son because he required more assistance. I was shocked and devastated, especially since I had explained his needs in detail before enrolling him. I was caught completely off guard in the middle of my workday and had to leave work in tears. What made matters worse was how Margo handled the situation. In the middle of our conversation, she walked out because we disagreed. She claimed that when she went to talk to my son, he didn't acknowledge her, yet when we left, he was saying goodbye to everyone. It wasn't just that the daycare wasn't a good fit for my son; it was the way the situation was handled and the lack of communication and respect throughout the process. I thought it was a good environment, but the lack of communication and respect was incredibly disappointing.

My son's social and scholastic development really improved once he started going to school here. Thank you to the teachers for all of the communication about my son's day and how he's doing, for all the fun and creative activities they involve the kids in, for facilitating his learning and his friendships, and just for being positive, kind, patient, and caring people who gave me the peace of mind of knowing my son is in a safe and enriching environment every day. We were shocked to find out that our son knows basic sign language! The teachers at Primrose are amazing and will keep you up to date with your child's progress and daily activities complete with photos throughout the day, that was a really nice touch for parents getting back to work after the pandemic and seriously missing our kids faces! The food they serve the kids is balanced and varied so even picky eaters will learn to appreciate and try new foods. Our son will miss Primrose as he enters kindergarten but I feel his time there has set him up to be ahead of his peers in terms of academics, and he's also learned valuable social skills that he will need to navigate the complex relationships of public school. All in all we give Primrose an A+, they really thought this through and created a great preschool program.

I like overall this place. Teachers are great. However,…read morethey have gone crazy with the prices. Not only they have an annual "registration" fee on top of your very high, well above average fee, they also increase fees 10% annually. They are trying to upsale... constantly. Talking to the kids about all these pricy extra activities that happen at the same time they are there: yoga class, cooking class... I'm already paying 3k a month... why do I need to pay for activities while my kids are there?
