No super vision, counselors are on their phones most of the time, they barely check IDs at pickup. When I tried to withdraw him they decided he was no longer a fit. When Amy refused to give me a refund for the weeks we were not going to be coming any longer I asked to speak to the owner, after refusing to call him several times she finally decided to call him and said to me "you know what your a real pain." Apparently their policy states absolutely no refunds even when your child is in danger. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else!

During this time my daughter was having extreme melt downs about going to school. The second time my daughter came home with a HUGE LUMP on her head and told us exactly whats been going on. A boy was punching her in the head. we called, talked to administrators, and talked to teacher Ms Paige in person. STILL NO INCIDENT REPORT WAS MADE and the teacher said basically she has no clue what we were talking about but she would keep an eye out. At this point i was in contact with a few employees besides the teacher on a personal level who confirmed exactly what happened and what child was doing this behavior to multiple kids and it was not being handled properly. They refused to refund the security deposit, charged us an additional two weeks that the security should have covered, then called us for more money staring we didn't pay for two weeks prior to withdrawing our daughter (impossible, we have all bank statements). Ella from billing was supposed to contact us and never did. We were supposed to be supplied with the owners phone number and email, and it never was given to us. We pulled our child because the program was ran horribly, not because we just decided to. Our child was not being protected which means we should have got our security deposit back, not it basically stolen from us than trying to charge an additional month. This place will scheme you right out of your money, take advantage of children's speech delays, and not take proper protocol to protect your children. On top of safety issues there are health issues where protocol is not being followed. Kids who are sick are never sent home even if they have a fever, coughing, and snot running down there face. In three months we got the flu twice, RSV twice, and Covid once. So your child will be consistently ill. MULTIPLE issues coming from every department in this place. Keep ur child safe and healthy- skip kiddie academy. The second i pulled my daughter from this place and put into a different preschool program she started thriving instead of declining in every area. I could only assume they stopped doing incident reports because another child had 18 of them with bodily injuries and no one had any answers. This is illegal and god only knows what has happened to my child during this duration of time since nothing was ever reported.

We went to Chapel every morning. I later became an Acolyte. I also later worked in the kitchen Under the head cook Harold! I later became a Junior Counselor & a Counselor in the 70's. I do not blame them, there should be at least one qualified gymnastics teacher to train and over see the rest. It seems like a baby sitting session with exercises and some basic equipment drills. After I saw them playing musical chairs with hula hoops instead of chairs I pulled both children out. That was the only time I got to speak with Julie (over the phone, I never seen her there). Maybe she is the only real gymnastics teacher. She did not care about my concerns and also did not care about losing a customer, I guess business is good enough.

One of the best…read moreparts of this camp is that all children have the opportunity to swim in an indoor olympic-size swimming pool every day with daily swim lessons. The pool is clean and well maintained. Our other favorite part of Future Stars Suffolk is the giant indoor air-conditioned sports arena that the children play in every day! I never have to worry about my children over-heating outside in extreme summer temperatures or miss playing sports and being active b/c it's raining outside. The large size of the arena is phenomenal and Future Stars sections it off for the different sports and age groups. All of the counselors at Future Stars Suffolk have been fun, friendly and attentive. The director is excellent, very visible and hands on and the entire office staff is always kind, prompt and responsive to any questions I have. We highly recommend Future Stars Suffolk!!!

In the bathroom together and out on the playground in the rock climbing dome. I have opened a CPS case and am taking legal action for the lack of supervision at the school and the trauma and loss of my child's innocence due to these dirty boys. The school is disorganized, every time I picked up my daughter it was like a tornado had hit the room. Toys everywhere, food on the floor and spilled on the tables, the food was disgusting and there was absolutely no structure. My daughter came home with dirty band aides and bloody tissues in her bag one day (that was the day I was like we are done with this place). Disgusting. Now I can not reach anyone at their corporate headquarters and no one returns my calls regarding funds owed to me and what transpired with those boys and my daughter. Sad disgusting unbelievable. They should be shut down.
