I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Hector gave me an estimate between 150 and $350 and said that there would probably still be some damage there and I needed to pick up a couple of brackets at the Lexus store. so I ordered the brackets and they were ready today so I stopped by the store. Hector had given me an estimate of somewhere between maybe an hour and three hours so I was just getting comfortable talking to my friend of mine, when Hector came out and said come and take a look. The dent was almost completely gone. The paint had some ripples in it, and there was some white showing because I'd smashed it pretty well. But the side panel was completely flush brand new. It was amazing how quickly he repaired it. When I asked him how much it was and he replied would be $150 I gave him about three hugs the third one was after he told me he didn't need to use the. brackets that I purchased so now I did Hector save me $200 on his own estimate but the Lexus store took the brackets back without any restocking fee so he saved me another $125!!! My old Lexus looks fantastic. It's got 150,000 and no longer looks like a beater from the back! Hector should be swamped. He's honest he does fantastic work and an incredible price with drive-through speed! If you have a dent you need to go to this place absolutely spectacular!! And tremendous value!!!!

From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and super easy to work with. Smiley himself kept me in the loop and made sure everything was installed just right. We ran into a small issue with the rear bumper splitter not fitting, but he was upfront about it and told me I could bring in a better-fitting one when I find it -- no pressure, no hassle. The work they did looks fantastic, and the whole crew was friendly, helpful, and clearly took pride in their work. The communication through the process was nothing as promised. I was told I'd get contacted along the way of repair and updated date of completion, that didn't happen. I got the call once my vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was horrible. The damage looked like it had been smoothed and painted over. My door panel was completely loose and when I touched it, the plastic pieces fell out. This was on the damaged, repaired door. Quality check was not done once my vehicle came out of shop. I had to leave my vehicle for 3 extra days to get the job done right and even when I arrived and reinspected it was still not as promised. Customer service is not priority here! I appreciate them waxing my vehicle upon completion and finally getting it right but it took a couple times. this is a preferred shop for major insurance companies, but that needs to be reevaluated. Had…read moreto drive off without license plates and that's after them calling me to pick up my vehicle. Personal property and tools missing from my truck. They broke the rear windshield wiper it does not move when I hit the switch and it used to work perfectly fine before. They changed the front grille of my expedition without putting the bolts and trim pieces back in. Bolts were laying randomly throughout the engine bay. A huge plastic that covers the radiator and sits on top of the hood release latch was missing. We only drove it for 5 miles before the engine popped due to a bolt that they failed to put back made its way into the cylinder. They had to remove the air filter housing and radiator cover to change the grille and they dropped a bolt in there in the process. The manager Michael Howard lied to me and said they didn't remove any of that even though you physically cannot remove the grille without removing this cover and bolts. He said it pops out and they popped a new one back in but it has bolts on the top and he denies this. I had to replace the engine on my truck because of them. I asked them to show me a video of them working on my truck and they said they didn't have cameras. If anything happens to your vehicles while in this shop you will be out of luck. Find a different shop. These guys are liars, thieves, . Also good luck reaching out to corporate. They don't answer their emails and they don't answer their phone calls. They have a guy in their legal department that works for Blackrock. There's nobody in the whole company that will help you.
