Steven was efficient reliable amazing plumber. I do not recommend anybody but him I've lived in Big Bear for 10 years and I've not come across anyone as good as him. He had fixed my water heater as an emergency because I have a short term rental and I have guest in my home and he literally fixed it in a couple days. Not only that I had another heating company come prior to him and gave me a $4000 quote and told me I had to change out my water heater when Steven looked at it. He says it's still under warranty. Despite the same day service and after hours call, I was charged a reasonable rate for what was a simple fix. They did not take advantage of my situation and try to up-charge me.
