Oh yeah!!!!!! I love Thai food and this is a Gresham Jewel for sure. The food was so flavorful and made with Love! I'm very particular when it comes to the Peanut sauce and it was perfect, creamy and sweet! Shout out to the Server she was very attentive and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back soon.

Delish Thai food on Main Street in downtown Gresham. We ordered chicken pad Thai and shrimp glass noodles. Both dishes were perfect.

It was okay. The chicken in the green curry had an odd barnyard taste to it? Can't really describe it but it was unpleasant but the spice and flavor of the curry was excellent. The fried rice was good but needed extra seasoning as it was a little bland. The Thai iced tea was great and it was fairly priced! Many of the other Thai places I've been to really gouge the prices of their Thai tea but I appreciated that it was on the lower end however, 3/4 of the cup was ice. Oh well. It was still a good meal overall

Street parking with Overall: A cute restaurant that seems to be family owned. Location: If you're showing friends and family around the Portland/Gresham area, this neighborhood is perfect with all the different shops and cuisine types. Parking: Initially, you'll think there's only street parking but there's a free public parking lot around the corner that isn't too far from the restaurant. I came here on a Friday night and didn't even had to fight for parking. Food: We ordered the curry on the chef special that had pineapple, it had a bit of a kick to it with minimum amount of flavor. My girlfriend and I thought that the Pad Thai had way too much sauce on it but we do try our best to eat healthier, so I'll let you be the judge. One thing that we did notice is that the server never asked us how spicy we wanted our food, so if you want it a certain way, make sure to ask. Service: I wouldn't say it's great or terrible. We never got checked on during our entire meal but he did bring the food and extra plates out fairly quickly.

I have been going here for years and the food has always remained authentic and delightfully flavorful. The flavors coursing through each dish exemplifies the skills of the restaurants knowledge of Thai cuisine. In result, my taste palette was satisfied and fulfilled. I would also like to mention that my nationality is originated from Southeast Asia. So, to say that the flavors are extremely tasty is nothing short of an exaggeration from me. My mother, son and I decided we would dine in on a beautiful Thursday afternoon. We ordered the Appetizer Combination, Pad Thai with Seafood Combination, Crab Fried Rice and Thai iced tea. The Crab Fried Rice was seasoned perfectly. The Pad Thai was savory and mouthwatering. The appetizer combination was delectable as it included Egg Rolls, Chicken Satay, Fried Shrimp and a dish called Seven Heaven (Ground Chicken wrapped in deep fried tortilla skin). The service was great and very inviting to my son who wanted to play with the fishes at the fish tank. Will be here whenever I am craving Thai cuisine.

Ordered larb chicken with sticky rice and pad tofu. Food was on sweet side but they have chili oil to make it better. Sticky rice was not cooked just right. Larb was ordered spicy but it was good spicy for me but not enough for my nephew who eat spicy.

Appetizer platter with the Seven Heaven, a delicious surprise, deep fried chicken in a tortilla. Never had at a Thai restaurant
    Rachael C.

Favorite new Thai appetizer, never knew this was a thing, but the Seven Heaven was a little crispy deep fried tortilla filled with only chicken and could be dipped in peanut sauce or any of the other sauces. Had crab fried rice which was also delicious and had big chunks of crab meat. Yumm. Will return for sure

These were amazing!! Fried spring rolls are some of the best.. so good inside and fried to perfection

Ok i gave it a second go, another year i bought the 'entertainment guide' coupon book. More on this later. The good, they are so friendly. The portions are good, the place is clean, good ingredients, and they have a coupon out (bogo up to $8) $9 for chicken, porl, tofu entrees The bad, they...are...not...spicy!! I mean its thai!! You need to make me feel it. I went mild, medium, and in my words 'xtra xtra xtra super over hot spicy!' What i got... my 6yr old ate down like mothers milk. Now he eats some 357,000 Scoville sauce i have at home, but he sweats and pounds water after!! Now to specifics Fried spring rolls : they took a bit long so they gave an order to us free! They were so crispy, perfectly done, and so perfect in the middle... def hand rolled. The sauce was off the charts, but was probably not in house made.. Pad thai : chicken was white and lovely, the flavor wasnt amazing though. Pad kee mao : chicken on point, huuuge noodles, and well amazing sweet soy flavor! Tom noodle soup : same chicken, pad thai noodles, and very very amazing flavor... fyi this isnt the coconut soup you may think... i would say this is a great thing to get any day, any time. I went up a star, why? 2 fold, they are so nice!! That and i got the lesser of the noodles last time. The pad kee mao is always the way to go.. always, the pad thai here is a miss.. the soup w/ noodles did the trick.

This place is small but cozy. The food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly! I only wish there was more vegetables in the Yellow Curry, but still really tasty.

    Tran L.

Pretty good Thai spot. In the heart of downtown Gresham. The Pad Thai in my opinion was better than the Pad See Ew. The Papaya salad was very good. Thai iced tea is super sweet(which I don't like). Their spicy scale is spot on! You can select 1-5. The Pad See Ew is a bit on the salty side, but the Pad Thai was perfect. At first, I thought the Papaya salad was not spicy, and was a bit disappointed as I ordered it to be a 4 star, but took a bite and I was wrong! It was perfect, had a good kick! Will definitely be returning.

Because I will be back. We started off strong with a table full of appetizers. It was one of those "everyone grab something" moments, and listen... I had been up since 6am, starving, and completely forgot to take pictures until it was basically too late. But trust me, that alone should tell you how good it was. Crab puffs? Gone. Creamy, crispy perfection. Fried spring rolls? Devoured without hesitation. But that salt and pepper shrimp?? LISTEN. It tasted like somebody's grandma was in the back cooking with love. I could've eaten that as my full meal 10 times over and still asked for more. Then came the angel wings... OMG. At this point I was already full, borderline mad about it, because I wanted to keep eating. And I'm not usually a leftovers person....but these? Plus that one last shrimp sitting there? Oh no... they came home with me. And the best part? EVERYONE loved their food. No misses at the table. If you're debating, don't. Just go. And go hungry.

For now, we're going to pause on returning and try some other spots in the neighborhood instead. Hopefully this is just a temporary hiccup, because the flavors are still there

I recently had a pretty good experience at the Esan Thai food cart with the pineapple curry with chicken. After spending several days hanging out with my cousin who is "just not a curry person," I needed to have some good curry. Ideally, Thai food is best when shared with enough people to order curry, Pad Thai, fried rice, Satay, and dessert, but, if I had to pick just one thing, it's always curry. This cart had a wide selection of all my favorite curries, including pineapple, green, red, yellow, massaman, and panaeng, so it was hard to choose, but I ultimately went with pineapple. For $15, I thought the portion of curry was decent enough (about a quart), although the side of rice was only about half a cup. Still, I was able to make it work by letting the rice soak in the curry for several minutes before eating it. The fish sauce flavor was barely discernable, which is how I like it. I only really noticed it on one particular basil leaf. The chicken was perfectly cooked and marinated in the curry. The vegetables were fresh and delicious, but I just wished there was more of them. Customer service was friendly but not over the top friendly. It only took about six or seven minutes for my order to be ready. Overall this is the most legit Thai food spot I've found in the area so far, so I would definitely stop by again to try some of their other curries.
