After my reduction surgery, I was left with horrendous scarring, nerve damage, a quarter sized hole in my right breast, and uneven nipples. The first time my breasts were seen by another medical professional, they said "oh my god, you poor thing". Shirley has absolutely awful bedside manner, never listened to me, and never took the time to answer any of my questions. When my incision opened up, she told me it was fine and that I should just put hydrogen peroxide on it twice a day. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

Dr. Koch explained all the different breast implant options in detail with physical examples. I scheduled my operation in October for a surgery date in March. I paid upfront, but they do offer payment plans. The surgery must be paid fully two weeks before surgery date. I had no problem with my pre-op appointments. All my tests were sent to Dr. Koch. The day of surgery, I can honestly say I was not nervous. The staff at Ambulatory Surgery Center were very friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained everything to myself and my mother. Dr. Koch came in the pre-op room and explained everything again and to see if any questions could be answered. Surgery went smoothly and they updated my mother when surgery was done and then when I woke up. Fast forward to post-op. I was only sore for a few days. I had surgery on Thursday and went back to work on Tuesday. (I have a sit down job). I didn't need to take any of the medicine/ pain relief medicine after that Tuesday. I am very very very impressed with the outcome! My breasts are perfect and they look identical to the 3D scanner Dr. Koch uses to show what the implants would look like during the consultation. I was recommended to Dr. Koch and I would pass the advice on and recommend him to anyone. Dr. Koch and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
