Dr. Dawli far exceeded my expectations. After pregnancy and breastfeeding, I experienced volume…read moreloss in my breasts and wanted to restore my pre-pregnancy look while keeping things natural. Dr. Dawli truly understood my goals and delivered results that look and feel incredibly natural and I couldn't be happier! The office staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, the office itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the surgery center they use is top-notch. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish!

I would strongly caution anyone considering this surgeon…read more I underwent arm and breast surgery and am now facing thousands of dollars in revision procedures due to poor surgical decision-making and inadequate postoperative care. Before surgery, I specifically asked whether I needed an extended arm lift. I was told that I did not. I later learned that this surgeon does not perform extended arm lifts. In my case, I clearly did need one, and I am now left with significant residual laxity, asymmetry, visible bunching, and a roped scar under my arm. I will need a revision to correct what should have been addressed the first time. My breast outcome is also unacceptable. One breast sits noticeably higher than the other. My nipples and areolas are distorted, with one misshapen and affected by pigmentation damage. More seriously, one breast developed severe discoloration after surgery, turning very dark, and there was no timely or appropriate intervention. I am now being told I need revision surgery and medical tattooing to attempt to correct the damage. When I returned with concerns, the surgeon spent approximately one minute in the room, did not perform a proper evaluation, and did not answer my questions. My concerns were dismissed or deflected to staff. There was no accountability and no effort to address what had clearly gone wrong. Obtaining my medical records was also extremely problematic. It took several months to receive them. When I finally did, they included duplicates, omitted key information about my postoperative complications, and contained inaccurate information, including incorrect details about my background. The records do not accurately reflect my postoperative experience. I am now dealing with the physical, emotional, and financial consequences of this care. Patients deserve accurate surgical guidance based on their actual needs, appropriate postoperative monitoring, especially in the face of complications, and complete, accurate medical documentation. That did not happen here.

Before I review, I have to state that I am a neuroscientist with 4 years of surgical experience…read more(although not a clinician). Everything started fine at first, nobody else would remove a small cyst from my eyebrow except this clinician (Dr. Schultz). The consult lasted 1.5 minutes as he looked, said "Yep I can remove that" and set the surgical appointment. Seemed easy enough and he was nice enough too. During the next visit, he and his surgical tech were laughing and bickering about the Goo Goo Dolls, Alexa speakers, and gambling at the casino which seemed odd but fine at the time. That is until he cut NEXT to the (1cm wide) cyst and then couldn't find it on my eyebrow and began to complain about how busy his day was... I had to reassure him that it was there and after 20 minutes of mushing my face down, he cut another incision and found it (surprise). He sutured me up as quickly as he could and then rushed out of the room and on to the next patient, I suspect, without even offering a mirror. Immediately following the procedure, I realized how tight the sutures were and had to remove one to avoid a largely protruding scar. When I asked if there would be any follow up, they responded with "let it heal for 6 months to a year and then come back if you want scar reduction surgery". Within the next few weeks I still couldn't feel parts of my nose and upper forehead, and nearby touch results in sharp referred pain on my face. When I asked him about this, he became upset and showed me a cartoon diagram of facial nerves from Google to say it is impossible. This is where I explain that I understand the nervous system quite well and I don't appreciate my concerns being dismissed as a lie. This destroyed any trust I had left and so I did not follow up to have him attack my face again. Ultimately, I began getting some feeling back but (4 years later) the touch sensitivity has never gone away and I still have a V-shaped scar on my eyebrow. This could likely have been avoided if the clinician paid closer attention to his work and less on the cocktail dress his tech was wearing (it was cheetah print and he made several comments about it during the procedure). Yes, it is many years late to leave this review but this experience has never left me. I am reminded of it every single time I look in the mirror. If this review motivates someone to find a better option for even a simple minor procedure, then it is worth it to me.

Had appointment with PA (of course, can't just see DR) PA…read morecame in room, looked at issue for 20 sec and says let me catch Dr in hall Short time elapsed, loud conversation in hall, ???? Annoyed man comes in room with PA, looks at me 30 sec, neither spoke to me, both leave, PA returns, says Dr says surgery. Ask what that means, Reply "I Don't know" Takes me to do info for Unknown Surgery. Told me insurance co may call. Insurance company does call, says cosmetic, private pay. Call office, say put surgery on hold, till they could give me a cost est. No return calls regarding estimate, made a couple more calls over week or so for estimate, never even received a call back.
