I like visiting the Shoppers' Drug Mart located at the south-east corner of Kipling & Dixon. The…read morepostal outlet is a great feature. The store clerks are very cordial and the postal staff are terrific. Apparently, they'll be relocating to the space vacated by Food Basics. I'm looking forward to the expansion. However, I hope they won't loose their charm which they currently have.

My rating is 3.5 stars…read more After work last Thursday, I wanted to pick up some hand cream for my mom. She had cracked skin on one of her hands for at least a week. The hand cream that she was using wasn't healing a thing. I found one brand that seemed promising while doing some research online. The site said that it was available at this particular Shoppers Drug Mart. The store was conveniently on my way home from work. Then again, I cut across most of the GTA, so I pass by a ton of stores! This store is in a plaza. There seemed to be a Food Basics or some green-painted grocery store that has closed down. Shoppers Drug Mart is in the corner further down. The parking area can be a bit chaotic. It's an older plaza and the lanes are more narrow than what I'm used to in suburbia. This store has been here for a while. It has everything that you'd expect it to have, including a grocery aisle. I walked every aisle and could not find the hand cream that I was looking for, which was disappointing. However, there was a Gold Bond one that was on sale. It has been approved by the Canadian Diabetes Society. It has proven results. It was also on sale. I bought it! I dropped the cream off at my parents' place. My mom said that she would try the hand cream out immediately. This morning, I spoke to my mom. She said that three hours later, she noticed a huge difference. She no longer has cracked hands. Nice! She asked me whether she could pay me back. Hearing her say that this product works is all that I wanted. The lone cashier at this store was friendly and made sure that each customer was okay. She helped out a senior ahead of me. I liked the care that she showed and the help that she gave. I'd come back here again when I'm in the area. (157)

It was not my decision to go to this pharmacy, and like many people I do not always love change…read moreespecially when it is out my control. Man was I wrong and I am SO glad that my doctor directed me to go to this pharmacy, they work out of the same building. Anyway, I have my own pharmacy close to where I live for all of my and my husbands prescriptions, and I love them and would never leave them BUT I have to tell you the staff and team at Humber Green Pharmacy are remarkable, they are so caring, they know me by my first name when I walk in, they always greet me with smiles but it is more than that, they care about me as a person. The main pharmacist questioned one of my prescriptions and normally I would get testy about that, but this time I knew it was truly because he was concerned and cared about my health and wanted to make sure everything was good. If you are looking for a local pharmacy, they are right across from Etobicoke General Hospital at Humber College Blvd and Hwy 27, please please please trust me you need to go to this pharmacy. You will be thrilled I know you will, they treat you not like customers but as a friend they really go out of there way to do a great job each and every time you go there. I cannot thank them enough. Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever! Went into the pharmacy,…read morethere was NO ONE else there, waited for 10 minutes just to be acknowledged, another 5 for them to actually start serving me. Then over 15 minutes for the pharmacist to dispense the medication. And when I said, "Excuse me, how much longer do you think this might take? I've been waiting over almost half an hour" - very politely might I add! As I would have just rather come back later and picked it up if it was going to be much longer. He turned to me and starts ranting to me about how "he didn't like my attitude." Thanks for the worst service I've ever experienced. There are hundreds of pharmacies out there, and I will be moving to one of them. Seeing as the workers at this location cannot clearly do their job in a productive manner.

Last Saturday, I needed to find a place that sells corn flakes. I go through phases and I'm in a…read morecorn flakes one when it comes to cereal. I was in the Finch-Highway 27 area. I did a quick search and found this Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM) at The Albion Centre. I have bought corn flakes from a SDM locally and thought I'd try this one. I drove over here. I like when a drugstore is connected to a mall and has a separate entrance. I like not having to enter the mall and buy more stuff than I need. There was plenty of parking at around 3:30 pm. I parked and walked in. This SDM is on the older side. It was fine. It wasn't falling apart. It just looked older than most. What was sad was that this SDM does not have a cereal section. The tragedy! I was sad. I did manage to get some vitamins. All was not lost. There was a lineup to get checked out by a human. I decided to try the self-checkout. It was smooth and felt anti-social! I'd come back here for vitamins. For my cereal fix, I have learned that I won't get it here and will end up feeling disappointed. (371)

Customer Unable to listen properly and then she said I didn't wear the mask and I'm speaking proper English I don't know why you didn't understand. I found it so miss behaved. Even customer smiled and ready to pay extra. I don't know why she's so pissed off at it for the day she's not supposed to be rude to the customer.
