To use the restroom we had to get a staff member to come from behind the counter to use a key to open the door (vs just letting us use the key). And there are two restrooms. My daughter and I went into one and my son and husband was going to go in another. The supervisor didn't want to open the other restroom and asked if my 3yo could just wait until my daughter was done. To me that was inappropriate and inconsiderate. We spent almost $30 for extremely rude customer service. Staff seemed new so I was fine being patient with the more than 5 minutes for my fresh juice. However, there's no patience for rude service. Won't be back despite the options as customer service is just as important as the product. Too many other places to spend hard earned money.

They have several tables in the store for dining or waiting for a drink, and there is also a bathroom in the back for customers. (The store was clean throughout.) After picking up my smoothie, I headed back on the road to continue my trip. I was very pleased to find that the smoothie was blended perfectly down to the very bottom! I had such a good experience that I made sure to return on my way back a few days later.
