Hire Robert today, and you'll have him coming back regularly to keep things sparking and clear. I just finished building a house on Troon Mountain with 50 windows, and most of them are very large panes of glass. After consturction, the windows, the screens, and the tracks were a mess. I received about 4 in person quotes from all the big window washing companies, and chose to go with Robert. Robert shows up on time, and goes above and beyond to do whatever it takes to make the job perfect. The scope of work I ended up needing was way bigger than what we originally thought, and even though I chose to pay him more than what we budgeted (he came back and worked for almost a full second day) he never asked me for any additional money. I have him coming back now regularly to do touch up on the windows after it rains -- A+++ service. Hire him and you won't regret it.

We met him as he was going door to door offering his window cleaning services. We hired him to clean just the inside of the windows in our home because we were expecting rain and possibly a monsoon. Dallin quoted us a fair price. He showed up on time with the necessary equipment. He did the job efficiently and thoroughly. In fact, he went the extra mile by cleaning more than we had expected. He was here at our house for about two hours. When he left our windows were shining. My wife is particular about our windows being clean. We are both very happy with the service Dallin provided.

We had used Desert Heat a few years ago and decided that I had procrastinated long enough! Esmeralda got us scheduled and today Marcus, Ramon and Chad arrived and got to work. Marcus cleaned 14 gallons of mud from our gutters while Ramon and Chad worked non stop on my very dirty screens and windows. This team never stopped. It was 112° and they worked so hard. My windows and screens have never been cleaner and they look brand new! Marcus was amazing getting rid of all of that mud and leaves in my gutters, especially spending a few hours on the roof in extreme heat. This is what a successful business looks like..... a trio of very hard working men ( and Esmeralda in the office), a very affordable price, great communication and windows and screens that look new. I am already putting them on my calendar for next July! I'm a happy customer and may start a fan club! I'm in Tempe and and if the dust storms and overall weather have taken a toll on your house-this is the company for you! Thanks Desert Heat for your hard work!

DO NOT USE AZ STREAK FREE. Wow, lesson learned. Read Yelp…read morereviews before having a contractor work on your house. My experience is the same as Lorraine S. from Chandler in regards to screens. i first called in and left a message and got a call back from Romeo (son). Delightful young man telling me that they specialize in quality service. My long time window washers are out of business and as I told Romeo I am looking for a new service provider to come out every 6 months on schedule to clean windows. Romeo assured me they would fit the bill so I decided to give them a try. They did show up on time. The screens were already off in my garage-- marked where they were to go by the painters who had finished my house the day before. The screen fasteners were in a container Screens put on backwards, screens falling off. A dozen screen fasteners were still left over never reinstalled. Window tracks left dirty and some of the screens were still dirty. I did not notice this until my house cleaners found one of the screens had fallen off a door on the balcony And I took a closer look at their work. I called and left a message to call me to resolve issues. Guess what... no return call. Then I decided to look at their reviews and now know who and what I am dealing with. Also forget about the prices they advertise on their website. They upcharged me much more than the prices they are trolling with on their website. My total price was $360. I had to leave before they finished so I gave them a check and I asked they leave me an invoice which they did not. I will now have to hire a contractor to reinstall the screens properly. Stay away from this outfit.
