They also directly sprayed exterior outlets and my Ring doorbell, causing permanent damage and costing me an additional $100 to repair and replace. So my overall cost is $600 and I'm still looking at a dirty home. When I reached out to them about my complain they were incredibly defensive- despite me making it clear I wasn't asking for a discount- and insisted that I couldn't prove they caused any of the damage, that it was the paint making it look dirty instead of them missing any areas, and that it was unfair of my to post any reviews without allowing them to come back and touch up the missed areas. On my first negative review they responded by exposing my personal information in retaliation. Due to their defensive tone and the damage already caused I'm not interested in allowing them back on my property.

Based on Yelp reviews I called Nowak for an estimate on Gutter & Downspout Cleaning, I got Voice…read moreMail & left a message. A few weeks later he called me and apologized profusely for forgetting me. He was in the area & asked if could drop by for an estimate. Not feeling well that day, I told him it was fine as long as I didn't have to come outside. He said he would leave the estimate in the door handle. The estimate was very reasonable, especially considering I live in a two story house & already had my Christmas lighting installation done. When I agreed to the estimate Matt asked if I was flexible. He would do the cleaning when he was in the area and I didn't need to be home. The bill would be left in my mailbox. That sounded great to me. It wasn't long before Matt did the cleaning. He did a fabulous job. There was not a speck of debris left around my house. Rain water now goes through the downspout instead of pouring over the side of the gutters. When I called to give him my credit card, I asked if he could put me on a recurring schedule. I've had all my large trees cut down. But there's an evil pin oak next door that hangs over my driveway & yard, wreaking havoc on my vehicles, clogging the gutters and offering a feast of acorns for the delighted squirrels. Do not hesitate in hiring Matt. He's extremely pleasant, does fabulous work and will keep you on a recurring calendar. Thanks Matt! Now can you do anything about the squirrels? :)

gutters Cleaned…read more Widow Ninjas were supposed to arrive between 1:00 and 1:30 pm. They arrived instead at 10:15 am. I received a text at 10:31 saying they had finished cleaning the gutters. I can see pine straw in the gutters and hanging from the gutter. I told the guy who arrived three hours early to inform the office not to charge my card I left on file and I told the guy who answered the phone as well. These people charged my card anyway even though I cannot verify that they completed the job. I called several other gutter cleaning companies who told me the gutter cleaning would take four to five times the amount of time Window Ninjas spent to complete the job at a minimum. They were at my house for a total of NINE minutes. I was leaving when they arrived at 10:10am for the gutters. I was headed to an appointment less than two miles away. By the time I arrived were I was going and entered the building, I received a text stating they were done. The nine minutes included parking the truck, getting out of the truck, getting the ladders and equipment to clean, putting the ladders against the house and cleaning the gutters and the downspouts on a two story house. (Impossible) Window Ninjas told me twice they were going to send me pictures of the clean gutters on two occasions. I never received the pictures. When I arrived home, I could see pine straw and debris hanging from my front gutters and large clump of debris in my rear gutter. They left debris in my driveway and a large bag of debris near my trash can. When they came back the next day, they did nothing and was gone in a few minutes. The large areas of dirt was all over my driveway and the bag of trash they in my yard was still in my yard. They could have brought the bag of trash with them. They are ripping people off. Window Ninjas came back the next day. Again, I was leaving when they arrived. I attempted to talk with the guy, but he very rudely completely ignored me and refused to talk with me. He just kept walking while I was talking to him as if I did not exist. I have left several messages for someone in charge to give me a call. No one ever returned my phone call from Window Ninjas. I left several messages for the regional manager whose name I was told is named Gave Salians, never returned any of my request for a call. Salinas never returned my call; however, taunted me by sending five emails requesting I provide them with a reference. I told the two men who answers the phone that I would give them a reference to reflect their awful service. This company quoted $193.00 to clean the gutters. At this rate, they are making $193 for less than 10 minutes of work. I had an appointment for them to clean my gutters. I planned on being at home when they did the cleaning; however, they arrived three hours before the scheduled time. Many contractors do not care at all about what the customer wants and think it is alright to show up when they choose instead of the time which they agreed.
