This company has no concept of cleaning after themselves and taking the debris away with them. They cleaned our gutters and patio cover. The gutter debris have been disposed into one of our large planters (!) and our garbage can. We discovered it after the fact. We had to point out to the technician that he needed to clean up the lawn from the patio cover debris before he left. He went back and did it, but blew them out towards the slope in our backyard, not inwards into a bag- he simply didn't have proper equipment. Would not recommend these services to anyone. read more

I bought new holiday lights this year from Squeaky Clean but wanted to also use some previously purchased from my previous home. The installers noticed the new lights didn't exactly match the old and proactively problem solved. I got a call from SC offering multiple options and I chose to change the lights after the season, upon de-install. Fast forward to January, when Warren B. came to remove the lights. He called ahead before arriving. He worked in the rain with a smile (honestly!). He told me exactly what he was doing along the way and then he took the lights away, swapped them so everything matched and brought them back by the end of the day. Buyer beware! The other day I used Yelp.com to find a company to clean my gutters. On the website, I was directed to "Squeaky Clean" services. I was prompted to enter my name, address and cell phone number. The information is used by the company for them to use "Google earth" maps to provide an estimate of cost. I requested an estimate of cleaning the first story gutter and was provided an estimate of $187. I then asked an estimate for both stories and was given an estimate of $350. The technician came out and remeasured. He gave me a cost of $500 for cleaning of both stories. I told him to only do the first story and the cost was $250. My opinion is the service is unreasonably priced. I will never recommend or use this company again. read more

Squeaky Clean washed the inside and outside of 48 windows and screens on our two-story house in Pioneer, Ca, March 9, 2022. They did an excellent job in just two hours with a two-man crew. Both men were exceptionally courteous and professional. There are no streaks or smudges and they cleaned all the window sills. The screams are cleaned as though they are new. I hired them to clean all the window inside & out of the home we were moving in to. The young man was nice but wasn't really very thorough. He actually forgot to clean 3 windows. I heard him vacuuming out the window tracks, which were very dirty, but they were still quite dirty after he left. We spent fours cleaning up after the 2-man crew's mess. Hired to CLEAN our gutters, they blew out the gutters so that we had to rake up leaves all around the house, in all the planted areas, and even in our truck's bed. When I called to report, the office offered to send someone back to clean it up but the job was so bad, I didn't want their personnel on my property again. They refused to give a discount, I too did not inspect their work before they left. One worker showed me a picture of a clean gutter but I didn't realize I would be raking up its contents. They claim to have taken away 2 trash bags full of leaves. If they did, they were about 4 bags short. read more
