I pay $30/hr per cleaner and expect 2 to take 2hrs and 1 to take 4hrs. I would like to say that the owner called me on this review which I appreciated. But it is still a basic job that any 8th grader can do if taught properly and is diligent and take pride in their work. I think I pay a fair wage worthy of the job. Someone else's overhead is not my monkey although I appreciate the difficulty.
