This company is a complete nightmare. I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM, my tech, Bryan Hein, did not show until 1:30 PM. He told me it would be quick.. 4 hours later he left me with an inoperable phone and wasted my entire day. (He did a thorough check beforehand and confirmed that prior to the repair there was nothing wrong with my phone besides the cracked screen). I contacted him and iCracked to find out what to do. He said he would come back and try again claiming that he didn't have the right screen for my phone (an iPhone 5s.. which he knew beforehand) the first time.. he came back to do this a couple days later and was 45 minutes late.. he was unable to fix my phone. I contacted iCracked again, submitted a warranty request, and was told that they would send me a return label and that my phone would be returned in 2-3 business days including shipment and repair. I never received a return label and 3 days later was told that they wanted Bryan to try again to fix my phone and also told me he would need to be the one to send it in and they would not be sending me the return label. I expressed my frustration with Bryan's inability to be on time and that I was not willing to wait on him a third time. They refused to allow me to send the phone in myself and Bryan came by later to pick it up and ship it in. He was again 30 minutes late to our scheduled meeting time. I assumed he would ship it the same day, but later found out it was not shipped for another 4 days. A few days after Bryan picked up my phone, they sent me a return label asking me to ship my phone in, which made me concerned that Bryan never sent it. Two weeks passed and I had ZERO confirmation that my phone was received by iCracked or that it was even shipped. I called them multiple times and no one was able to confirm where my phone was. They said they would call me back and never did. Finally, I received confirmation that my phone would be shipped back to Bryan. They would not ship my phone directly to me. I requested a tracking number and was given one. I got an alert early in the morning when the phone was delivered and waited until afternoon to contact Bryan to ask when he would be dropping my phone off. He was unable to give me a concrete answer, nor would he confirm he would bring it that same day. He told me that he was busy and would get it to me when he could. I contacted iCracked, who contacted Bryan, and he brought my phone back late that night. My phone was in working order, but my speaker phone no longer works. They first told me they would give me lifetime warranty coverage, and I explained that I would never trust them to fix another device after my experience. They then told me they would issue me a refund, but I never received my refund and have yet to hear anything about it nearly 2 months later.. I waited to write this review to see, but it's clear at this point that I will never get this refund. As a side note, while I was meeting with Bryan, he mentioned on multiple occasions that he was going to skip his next repair so that he could work on mine longer. He told me that the client was calling him and ignored it, as an attempt to show me he was trying to spend more time on my phone.. he made it obvious that he had zero regard for his customers or their time. Don't waste your time, money, or stress on this business. I used them thinking I could go about my normal day and it would be quick, but it would have been much simpler and faster to go to a local shop. read more

Wow! What an experience, from the very start of the initial phone call, Jordan was as informative, Kind, helpful and very professional. I called him right around close of business Saturday night, he then broke down the process and steps of how the repair would progress and a detailed description of what the phone will undergo. After an educational and impressive break down of what the repair procedure entailed, he then informed me that this is service is mobile, which is FANTASTIC! I'm not a big fan of "leave your phone with us and come back in an hour", like the leading competing iPhone repair shop, Sour apple. After taking my phone to Sour Apple for a cracked screen, I proceeded to take it back to them 3x within the two days, due to faulty repair work. Even today, they proceeded to give my phone back to me with an issue that wasn't there before I brought it to sour apple. Jordan was able to clean up all of sour apples 3 days worth of work. Not only did we meet at a coffee shop at my convenience, Jordan took apart my phone and went through the repair step by step with me, while I was drinking my coffee and eating my breakfast at my usual morning location. Within 15 minutes, Jordan had my iPhone 5 looking and working better than it ever had. The parts used are the same parts ordered by Apple themselves. In addition, he threw in a tempered glass screen protector,which acts like a safety net, it will crack first before your screen does. It's awesome!! Nick has helped me twice now, even coming to help me over the weekend when he normally doesn't work. He went above and beyond after I reached out to him personally! The first time he came to my office and fixed a cracked screen in 15-20 minutes. This was on March 28th. This weekend, he arrived at my residence and fixed my water damaged iPhone in LITERALLY 10 minutes. Both times, he arrived 5 minutes early for our appointment, which is great. He is extremely punctual, easy to talk to, and knowledgable. I am honestly so impressed with the service. All I had to do was go to their site, schedule a time, and boom! There was Bryan. My screen was shattered, and he fixed it in under 45 minutes while I worked. I didn't have to pay until AFTER the service, which made me feel comfortable enough to try this in the first place.
