The avocado toast with tofu and salsa Fresca was the best I've had. Very generous portion of delicious avocado and perfect salsa compliment on sourdough. It pushed the one at the Marriott Harlem to second place! A terrific value for $13! read more

Great food and service. Love the habanero sauce. My favorite eating spot when I visit the Yellow Green Farmers market!

Terrible customer service. Only concerned with closing chats with little effort and they dont listen. They insult peoples intelligence thinking they are smarter than everyone who reaches out to them and when they are proven they are not paying attention to information provided they threaten to close the chat like a baby. Host with anyone else. read more

ZERO STARS! SCAM! Stay away from this company! They have zero tech support which is exactly what they are supposed to be offering. No customer service phone number. Live chat is always down. The customer service email address is the only way to contact them and they never respond. You just get a bot reply stating you're in the que etc. I actually got a response once stating "this email address no longer accepts incoming messages" unbelievable! read more

having been to Thailand 5 times and dining on nothing but Thai quinine, this place was horrible! Spicy beef salad was some kind of quasi American salad swimming in liquid. Not at all authentic. Same with the larb gai. no toasted rice powder, no min or cilantro. Maybe they cater to the SSU students, but I was beyond disappointed. Nothing like Lynn's and even they have slipped. Nothing like driving all way across town to be utterly let down. Don't waste your money or taste buds on this place ! read more

Train train train new bartenders please. If it wasn't for Frank, Monique, and Haley, we probably won't be back. Please bring back Mark, Jessie and Natalie. This afternoon there were eight people in the bar and seven employees huddling up at the top doing absolutely nothing. Except chatting. No one knows how to change the TVs except for Kyle. Again, train train train. When you order food, they don't bring you utensils or plates or napkins. Never mind, salt and pepper or ketchup. It's actually very sad. Raising prices on beer buckets JUST when snowbirds going home not bright after checking costs at store which remain same. Perhaps different for restaurants. Overall the quality of service has tanked front of house. Food is still good but change/specials would be welcomed. I never leave poor reviews, but felt the attention needed is absolutely necessary for your business. read more

I had a minor problem with my web site (wasn't getting emails from a form.) "Aha," I thought, "Now I have another chance to check out the support from those rascals at Squarespace!" My experiences have always been excellent in the past--but maybe they are now being cheapskates and give crummy support? Well, I wanted to find out, so I emailed support last night, explaining the problem. When I came in this morning, the answer was waiting for me in my inbox. They explained exactly what had happened, and they fixed it. Yea! It turns out my email was being blocked because I had previously un-susubscribed. Ana M. explained how to keep that from happening in the future. Excellent support--thank you, "Ana M!" for such a thorough, prompt answer! Hmmm... next time I will try to come up with a more difficult problem to stump those wizards at Squarespace! read more

Excellent service, food, and ambiance. Definitely coming back with family and friends, just not ostentatious family who believe hats cannot and should not be worn in quality ski town restaurants. When you as a restaurant can be confident enough in your product and service as not to impose rules for the sake of rules, you are so far above the rest. By the way, the pasta was awesome as well. read more

DONT USE Square Space I started using them 3 years ago under a recommendation and it seemed ok. However , now we need to add websites and it has a host of issues the company cannot solve - it has also become greedy by trying to corner you to force domain transfers. The support is non existent as others mention. The help support chat has fairly incompetent people who probably look at a support text which is different from the screen you see. Their maintenance is frequent and often the support again is unaware fo what is happening. There is no actual or real customer service - just a self learning by error platform which was simple and really good - now going down with poor platform and customer service. read more

I feel compelled to come forward and warn anyone who is thinking of using Squarespace as their platform on which to build a website for their small business to steer clear. Stay far, far away - as far away as you can get. They offer no service - none - zero - when you need assistance, unless you enjoy spending hours, and, in my most recent case, days, of your time sitting waiting for someone to pickup on Live Chat, and/or answer the many emails sent, and then literally reading the numerous articles they send links to after you are finally able to communicate your issue. I'm so sorry I allowed my designer to talk me into using Squarespace for it's been a disaster in so many ways, and it all started just 3-months after I went live. And, one more thing, I read where the company has been purchased recently by someone in the UK, which does not bode well for anything improving - especially when it comes to service. That's usually the first thing that suffers in an acquisition. I can't imagine how Squarespace service could get worse, but an acquisition when it comes to this company - Squarespace - spells disaster. On a scale of 1-10 re: Value, I give Squarespace a 1, and only because I, at least, for now, have a platform that kinda works. read more

I was so looking forward to eating at the Vault and I was very disappointed this morning. Last time I ate there was over 2 years ago and with the pandemic, we had not been back. The wait staff was ok snd the atmosphere was good except for our seating was terrible. Unfortunately, our food was mediocre. They really should inform everyone about the wonderful space upstairs and outside. We had no idea that existed until after our breakfast. Last time I ate at the Vault I had a ribeye hamburger that was fantastic, and I went back there to have that again. They don't have that anymore. We won't be returning. read more

Read their BBB complaints before doing business. A couple of common threads: 1) They don't have responsive customer service. 2) There are a number of ways they try to bill you more. Delaying answering your request to cancel is one of them. I've been trying to remove my card from a business account I'm no longer a part of. I got passed from rep to rep. They won't handle this on the phone, just by email. They either ignore me for days until I remind them to respond or give me another totally unnecessary hurdle. From what I gather from other complainants, I think they like to delay until they can push another charge. I'm pretty shocked at how many of these complaints are coming in during a pandemic. It's a horrible practice during normal times, but to do this during a global crisis is pretty disgusting. If you or anyone you know has had similarly questionable experiences with their billing/customer service, DM me. I think we should let the press know how this business operates, especially now. read more

I LOVE this webdesign company, their site and products are fantastic and I cannot seem to find better. I LOVE the ease of navigation and the settings page is easy to use for people like myself who are a little computer illiterate LM(FF)aO Anyhow so why the 2 stars?? Well I hired a web designer who could not get them to release my domain names to them. Then all of a sudden my domain names were changed to those of a similar name, but with an extra letter... when I called I was given the run around until I finally threatened an attorney ! OMG ...how terrible... I didn't want to as I LOVE their design and have my domain names with them! Anyhow, they finally released them at the last minute and away we went. Then I noted that someone had 'hacked' my account changing all my designs and when I logged in to change it back I was disabled from doing so. The site is still looking a bit weird but at least its working. I then changed my business name so I bought all the relevant names associated with it and now when I log in, I can access my account details, but it comes up that there are NO DOMAINS and NO SITE AVAILABLE!! OMG!! I'm horrified, this is my business! When I type my address in the search bar, my (dodgy) website comes up but is redirecting to the old domain. My new domains are now due to be renewed and I cannot access my account at all!! UGH! How loyal should I be? Its like a bad relationship, almost like being married to a beautiful looking person that just sits there and does nothing all day and wont respond!! I'm reaching out today and probably (from previous experience) for the rest of the damn week until I get my attorney involved again... Hopefully I can regain access, update my site and domain name to the new business and have them at least say sorry once for all the stress and heartache they have caused me! I don't think they realize how badly they are affecting me.. I'm in tears almost every day seeing my dream business (which is internet run) be destroyed at the hands of a cyber bully with his knickers in a knot! I say, you can have a million success stories but if you bully one person, you are still a bully! This site I recommend to those who do not rely only on their website and with enough money to hire an attorney, or to larger corporations and businesses, these people bully the solo traveler for sure... I wish I had to apologize but my gut tells me they won't do a damn thing until they get threatened with legal action again. Sorry not sorry Square space, my journey is fully documented with video photos. Please do the right thing and fix what you have broken read more

This is the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. I got an email that my domain (that I don't use) was set to auto renewal a day before it was about to be renewed. I went to the site to change it, and was charged the next day. Emailed when I realized there was no phone number. Got a ridiculous response. Posted an angry tweet when they never responded back (after a week), then received this: "I appreciate that you believed that this auto-renew was disabled, however, we have no record on our side of this being disabled, and the domain renewed automatically February 19th, 2018. To prevent further charges, we recommend disabling this auto-renew as follows:" Condescending crooks. Don't use them. They'll steal your money, time and energy. I've worked in customer service for years and guest recovery is everything in running a thriving business. Without your customers, you don't have a business to speak of. Don't give this company yours. They don't deserve it. Update Response: "Unfortunately, we don't have any control over ICANNs policy regarding the five day grace period for a domain cancellation. Auto-renew is automatically checked to ensure customer's sites don't experience a disruption in service." Apparently they don't have any control over the program they use to take people's money? read more

Their site claims "award winning support" but, in truth, it's the absolute worst I have ever experienced. There is NO phone support. Their online Bot says it is directing me to a live chat and to hold on but then it just hangs there ("Thanks! Please wait while I transfer you."). If I select the email contact option, I get nothing. I have been trying to contact them for days and have gotten no where, all the while my site has been down. Looks to be a billing issue associated with Google Workspace (Squarespace is a reseller and Google Support just directs me back to Squarespace Support for resolution..... wonderful). But the domain this is apparently connected to is not on my Squarespace dashboard. The entire thing is confusing and frustrating. Had I known that their support were this bad, I would not have let my site developer use them. read more

Warning... Squarespace doesn't have a function to tell you if stripe (their credit card function) isn't connected. The "test mode" on Squarespace says its functional even though I had a customer finally speak up and tell me it wasn't taking their credit information. My website credit card function was offline for months even though it shows it in working function on the Squarespace side of the website. I contacted Squarespace and they admitted that it was a function that they haven't figured out yet. They were really rude and not willing to compensate me for the months I had been losing online sales. I told them I would continue service I would just like the months my credit function was unknowingly disabled to be given to me as a credit. A cheaper better alternative with actual customer service you can call is Yahoo small Business websites. The designs are very very similar and it is definitely just as easy to use but cheaper and easier because they have actual phone customer service who care about you. As far as squarespace, Absolutely don't do it! You will need a lawyer. The design is beautiful but it isn't worth it. They will charge you for things you were not supposed to be charged for, always give you the run-around, never refund you. You will think you were under a set of terms that they do not stick to. They don't have anything but email customer service so they just choose what they want to answer and they have never once fixed a problem. It is also a different person that answers each one of your replies so you are never talking to the same person and I don't think they have the authority to do anything but give you the run-around. Judging by the hours they answer I don't think they are based in the US either. In fact there was a problem and all of their advice ends up costing me money I never knew I would be charged just for folllowing their directions. When I saw I was charged I immediately contacted them saying there was no mention of charges and they won't refund saying "once it's been charged we cannot refund". I also have another charge from them that I have no idea what it's for charged the same day. I've had other problems that were not resolved and gave up out of sheer frustration with dealing with them but now it's not an option. I'm so sorry to say it but I really don't recommend this service. They do not care about you as a customer at all! And I mean to a degree that is unethical and illegal! When they make mistakes they don't fix them and everything is over email. Just bad news. Don't do it. And really I'm very nervous about dealing with them to cancel and just use a different service after the other reviews below mentioning their shady practices because in all honesty I really don't put it past them. They also have a very low score with the BBB and are not BBB accredited. I do not trust them. After reading the other reviews, I feel I have to contact my lawyer now.
