At first the guy I spoke with at first to have shirts done with was a sweetheart. He struggled with machines and I had to go home and come back a few times because he needed to call machine company to fix problem. He was supposed to call when shirts were ready but he didn't and he never picks up the phone. but I felt sorry for him and decided to come back for more business. Before I came back the second time I kept trying to call but there was no answer so I showed up only to be rudely welcomed by some girl who clearly didn't know anything about the business. She told me I'd have to wait for the guy who I met with last time. He wasn't in that day :-/ Because I was desperate, I sent an email detailing my order and asked if they can help. Never heard an a reply. I called and he said he hadn't had the chance to read my email and he would call me back...that never happened. In short, very unprofessional, unorganized and not really worth it. Go somewhere else.

So the graphic designer name Ink top graphics gave my daughter a quote and she paid half of the money.Later the guy called and said that the hoodie prices have gone up and he wants more money. After having some argument he said ok he will make the hoodies for the same price but he will use the brand from Pakistan.my daughter's friend offer to pick up the hoodies from the manufacturer and he said that he will pick them up and print them. Later on we find out that he never contacted the original manufacturer to pick up the hoodies instead he used his own supplier. when he delivered the printed hoodies everything is wrong.Brand is not the same that we discussed. Quality is very cheap. Printing is off and sizes are off.since he didn't use the brand that was originally discussed the sizes are way off and many hoodies has oil stains on them. My daughter is a high school student and the money that she paid for the hoodies( $792)was collected from the club members and she has to deliver the hoodies as promised. The designer robbed and scammed high schoolers thinking they are children and can't do anything about it.
