I never received the packaging or influencer support, and the website generated no sales--my only sales came from local word of mouth. This company is trash. I had them design me a logo, and I didn't like anything they created. My son designed one online, and I emailed Victor, my son's designs, and asked if they could refine it, but it returned worse. I wanted a refund, and they denied it, even though they said it was a 100% refund. He was selling them their services. The second issue is that my GMB was suspended. I contacted Victor with Logo worthless orbits and asked if he could try working on GMB to get it resuspended. Some guy called who didn't know anything about the situation, and I had to give him all the suggestions on how to fix the issue. He was just agreeing with me. Everything was pretty good at the beginning a year ago. Very basic website was produced and I signed off on it due to time. Acceptable. Fast forward 1year and my site goes down. I was busy and would handle it later. Later comes by way of phone call from them stating I owed them $1000.00+/-. Phone tag continues for a few more days, maybe a week and finally we get on the phone together and I went looking for proof. I found it and sent it to them. I had to prove that I paid them, ridiculous. thinking we are moving forward and we are done, I am told it will take a couple of days for the billing team to research to make sure I do not owe and have in fact paid. 3 -4 days later, I speak with billing since my contact is ghosting me. I am told we are fine. I receive an email stating the page will be back online in 48hrs. This was Fri at 3p cst and they close at 8p. Tues I call, I am told it will be back on by tonight. Wed I call, I am told it will take and additional 48hrs to go live to the public. I have been spending hours trying to cancel my service since they have not honored my hosting or timelines. Dispute: Over the weekend I researched the company's website and they had no such package that was sold to me, and the closest service was SEO package. I created the social media sites myself that day while informing the company I wanted a full refund. Not only do they not work on weekends, and no work was performed, and they offer a money-back service guarantee', I was emailed Monday to talk about the cancellation, and at 6:50 pm the agent told me they had begun work, which copy and paste into a PowerPoint of something I wrote up already. Nobody contacted me after requesting me to call, and work was performed 5 minutes of work for a YEAR in an attempt to take my money; the initial refund was NEVER reported, which I found out closer to 07.20.23 The business said my bank fraud department should resolve the department, but if I dropped the charges I would be refunded in 17-19 days which is insane, and now it's been 22 working days and 30 business days, where I am ignored multiple times a week. Advertising issues: The package sold doesn't even exist on the company's website. My card was charged after I requested no services be performed on 07/09/23, and subsequently ignored and charged on 07/20/23, turning into a two-month battle for $1291.00 It's been exactly 60 days from 07/09/23-09/07/23 from my original request of $1291.00, and no sign of a refund in sight. Because I closed the investigation with the bank based on Logo Orb telling me I'd get my friend, reopening, and having that case successful is not a positive outcome. I contacted this company to create a logo for my new business. I paid $99 online and once I did so, the screen said I would receive an email confirmation with instructions on requesting the logo. I never received the email so I contacted the company via email and phone. No response. Two days later I emailed again. Some representative from the company texted me (strange) with a form I had to fill out in order to request the logo. I said since I couldn't reach them, I used another company and now had my logo. They kept insisting that I fill out the form and if I didn't like the logos, then they would refund me. I continued to request to refund and then the representative stopped texting and I am unable to reach anyone at the company again. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They provide you with a computer-generated design. Not an artist designed. When asking for changes, they don't listen to what you're asking for. All they want to do is upsell you on other products. I have asked multiple times please focus on the task at hand as you cannot provide me the results on what I paid for, and you keep calling me and texting me about further services. The gentleman has a strong accent and probably not even in the US. It's been almost a month now and it take 2-3 business days to receive the edits when the package that I bought has a 24 hour turn around. Weekends and Holidays are not included in the waiting period. Don't waste your time or money. They have some really nice looking logos on their portfolio, but once you pay they come back to you with some amateur hour designs. I could honestly do better, and have using some of the AI generated logo tools out there. They'll offer to make as many edits as you want, and they are all still awful. The project manager then takes notes and tells you they will have the mock site up and ready in 2 days, and when they do, NOTHING is done. Just your business name. Basically what they do is they string you along until it's long enough where you can't get a refund or open a claim at your bank. It has been 1 year and 5 complaints, and no website. In the beginning I was very impressed with their level of communication and commitment in regards to my project. Though I felt it was a bit of overcommunication and annoyance in the beginning, I would prefer that over not being able to reach anyone when thing are at their worse. They have already had to refund me quite a bit of money once for horrible customer service and messing up something that was repeatedly outlined correctly for them. Jack begged me to stay and we worked out a deal but I informed him that if anything else of this magnitude occurs, then we are out. Well something else occurred and I was told that per their legal team they did nothing wrong and at this time no refund would be granted. The same things I had been complaining about immediately started coming through as I am demanding a refund. Now, this is the last straw. They made my site live and the amount of errors on it, no taxes being charged, my own personal information along with other business information that was for their notes only and not for everyone to see ended up posted live for everyone to see. They did not check with me prior to going live on a Friday night, then there was no communication from anyone during the weekend. I called and texted everyone I could and tried their online chat and came up with nothing. I spent all of my Saturday learning how to work the back end and how to implement the necessary functions and delete stuff that shouldn't be there. By later the same night, the site said bandwidth limit exceeded. Now, I am paying these guys to host and maintain my site 24/7 but yet its been down for 12 hours and nothing has been done and no communication made.
