I requested a simple digital DL logo. I even sent a crude painting I did, stating I wanted something similar to that and had the language included. I was sent card stock, as I could have easily downloaded it online. The language was wrong as well. I called several times and got one answered the phone, which sounded like someone's home with a TV or Radio playing in the background. Whoever I spoke with was more interested in my business location, website, address, and phone number than in discussing the design of the logo. I finally told this guy that it had nothing to do with the logo, and I could not understand why he was asking about my business. Finally, I told him I was no longer interested and refund my money as the website stated that if the customer was unsatisfied, the fee would be refunded. I don't know where to begin with this company. We hired Logo orbit as a package deal to complete our website, business cards, some other items upfront. The website team took months to complete the work for starters. Everything was very unprofessional, wording was incorrect, half my website was either in German or Pakistani language for some reason. They continuedly harassed me in regards to paying more money. I had to pay for the domain, then I had to pay for the hosting service, then I had to pay for the email service (which a year later my emails still don't work). I paid an extra $500 for a Logo animation that I cant use. They refuse to rework the site they did incorrectly, they still have not done my business cards, the emails still don't work etc. etc. The real kicker is i paid over $1300 extra for an seo package. This supposedly would help my website rank in google and they were going to do all these things and help me for 6 months with analytics etc. etc. total bogus! Now i am basically at there mercy to transfer the domain (that i paid for) to my name so I can have the entire thing redone. Edwards and Robert were unprofessional, impatient, lied at every turn to escape reasonability etc. I have over 10 months of emails, text messages, pictures, screenshots etc so if they want to claim this review is not accurate i have everything documented to suggest otherwise. The folks of Logo Orbit and logoorbit.com are doing business under many different fictitious names. I highly doubt that they are a U.S.-based company. I found them from a $199 ad on the top of a Google search page. The company name was Full Stop Branding. The chat agent said they are a California LLC under that name and his name was Matthew Addison, both lies. Then, he sent a W9 under a different company name. When I told them I preferred to use PayPal rather than a credit card, they said there was technical difficulties doing that - LOL! I asked for their PayPal email and that is how I discovered the link to logo orbit and all these reviews from dissatisfied customers. I dodged a bullet! Beware! read more

I cannot speak of their actual production of logos but I had a real issue with the sales person and their super aggressive nature. I looked on Google for logo design and trademark service and found Logo orbit, I logged onto their site and was connected immediately to one their chat links. I was asked the basic questions as to what I was looking for and then given the differing price packages. At that point I was asked which price point and how would I like to pay. Excuse me? Give me some time to review the price packages and do the research! I told "Daniel Lucas" I would look over all the options and contact them should I be interesting. Fast forward 2 days and Daniel reached me via phone text and pressures me again while asking what my decision was. This point I told him I'm no longer interested in their services at which point he asked me why. I told him it was his aggressive and eager nature that was a turn off. he responded to me by telling me I said I would be ready by today with my decision, which is something I never said at any point! I blocked his number but figured I'd reach the company through a review board which I hardly ever do. Once again, I cannot speak on behalf on their designs because I never made it that far and I'm glad I didn't! I needed a banner design with deadline approaching. The company and project manager stated the turnaround time is 24-48 working hours. I, like I believe most people, took that to mean that I will have reply in 1-2 days. Actually, it means 3 to 6 eight hour days, not including the weekends, which is hardly a rapid turnaround. Using 24-48 hours as a bait is very deceptive and dishonest. Banner design was not completed by deadline, and there were up to 3 day delay to revise the banner with minor changes that would take 15 min. They promise money back guarantee, but when I attempted to get a refund for $139 I have paid them for banner design, I was refused, by two individuals who both had an Indian or Pakistani accents. That made me wonder how many services are outsourced there, where people work around the clock. I am out of $139 and ended up designing my own banner in a couple of hours with no previous experience. So, if you use their services beware that it takes them 3-6 days, not including the weekend, to do a 2 hr job, or less, with their experience and software. The 2 website PREMIUM packages we purchased are a nightmare and are still not complete. "Robert" is not actually one person. They can not even fit photos to a space, use proper English on the page or get our industry/business information right after we provided it multiple times! I wish I had seen the other reviews before I went with this company. While I eventually did get a logo and website which I'm for the most part happy about. Side note I pretty well designed my own logo and they sent it back in a format that I could use. But still, they kept sending me logos at a size of 12kb (very poor quality). This went on for ages. Logo's that looked like amateurs did. The struggle to get things done was ridiculous. From not proofreading their work, and being so eager to go live with my website when the time came. I conceded and said yes to only find many buttons didn't work and came back with no data. It has been over a week now and still, they have not fixed the issue. I suspect it is one guy working out of his basement. Has good marketing skills, but has taken on too much work and has outsourced to Fiver or Upworks to get 'your' jobs done. I needed a cheap starter website package, but decided to purchase the Wordpress package at 2.5x more money so I could make changes myself. Big mistake! After delivery, I was told that I could not have access. -The package promised a Content Management System. At completion I was told that is $900 extra. -I asked for the site to be uploaded to my host: they said they don't know how to use my host. Pay $600 for their host. - The package included 8 stock images and 5 banners: not deliered. -The package promised 72 hours turn around time: not true. I waited three months with 2 account reps and the site was still not complete. I asked for corrections and was told it is $600 extra for corrections. -Package included "100% Unique Design Guarantee": but delivered a template. -Package included "100% Satisfaction Guarantee", but they did not stand behind it. Awful and a scam. Do NOT use. On January 8th, 2020, I reached out to Logoorb via their "chat with us" to inquire about a logo I needed for my company. I explained to them I was on a time limit for this. They told me their process was for a "specialist" in my industry (financing and banking) to reach out to me and to ask about the design I was looking for. However; for them to even call me back I had to make the payment of $300.00. Although I was skeptical about this, in my desperate need I made the payment of $305.00. They told me I was to receive a call within 45 minutes. Three hours later ad still no phone call back, I called them again. I told them I was to receive a phone call and never did. After a bit of back and forth, I told them this was ridiculous and to just refund my money. As soon as I asked for a refund, they put me on hold. The "designer Steve" who spoke very little English came to the phone and told me he was their financial industry designer. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I told him exactly what I was looking for. The design I sent to him was sent via sticky note which is one of the things they sent to you. I explained exactly what I wanted and then said I needed it the next day. Day 2 came and I still received nothing from them so I reached back out to them on the cell phone number they gave me. While I was placed on hold for about 5 minutes, I received the email with the proofs they sent. When I opened the email I was absolutely angry. These people quickly took designs off the internet (they were quite literally the same exact logo's used by, credit karma and other companies) re-branded them and sent them to me. I told them I did not have time for this. Not only did they copy other companies logo's, but what they sent me was NOTHING as what I requested. Colors were bright orange, green, and bright yellow. My colors on the site are not even close to this. After a yelling match, he told me they would redo the logo and promised it to me the following day. Very long story short, the following day they quite literally sent me the exact same logo's from the day before. When I called them and told them to refund my money, Alex (rep from this logoorb told me they would refund my money. I asked them for proof of this and they refused to put it in writing. Which is why I am disputing it through you. I never used the logo, nor did they even supply me with what I requested. I could have gone online for free and copied a logo for free too. DON'T DO IT! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. I signed up for a $35 logo design special. Seemed like a great deal, and I got a phone call super quick. Gave James (the "Sr. Project Manager") my information on what I was looking for in a logo. The logo was super basic but I was happy with it for the $35. At this point I did not have the final design. He called me and then proceeds to tell me that to use their logo I either have to trademark or copyright their logo. Trademark will be $600, copyrighting $400. I am a new business owner and I felt a little backed into a corner because I really needed the design for my website to get it up and running. So I verbally agreed, I never signed anything. The more I thought about it and then researched I realized that was not true. So I sent an email cancelling my order, telling him that I would not be using the design, and that I rescinded my permission to charge my card for the copyrighting process. Again this is all before I had final logo designs that could have been used. He completly ignored that email and sent me the final designs. Then tells me in a sperate email that he understood and someone would contact me in 24 hours. No one ever contacted me. Then Monday a charge came through on my account for the $35 and the $441 from Logo Oribit. So I emailed him, no response. Called, and I got his "assistant" which told me I would get a call to get this resolved in 24-48 hours. No call, so I email him again. I just got an email from another "Sr. Project Manager" named Aiden that says that James is now on a three month vacation and he will be handeling my account. Aiden will not repond to my calls or emails now either. I will be contacting my bank on Monday and reporting this as fraud because that is all this buiness is , a bunch of scammers. I know that $441 is not a lot to some people but to a business that just got up and running that is a lot, worst experience I have ever had with a company. He asked for my social media page so he could "get a feel for my company". He then proceeded to ask if I was handling the social media page myself because it "looked very unprofessional". My jaw dropped. I asked to be transferred to someone else as I didn't want to work with him anymore. I asked for a supervisor as well. Both requests were ignored. At this point they had sent the initial designs. 5 of them were awful, nothing like I asked for. 1 had potential. I sent them 4 revision requests. 2 were fixed.
