However they were farmed out by a larger company that they work with and…read morethat company is horrible they completely misrepresented the carpet cleaning stating there would have a van with on onboard hot water steam extraction yet that was not the case. It was basically a large extractor that anybody can rent from home Depot and they needed hot water from is. Thank goodness we had it because it's the house we're working on and we didn't have it a day before. Yhe prior company made a quote that wasn't even close to the actual price. Now as far as the person that did the work in this company above they were good. They did a good job. It's too bad that they were completely misrepresented by the Main company that farmed them out.

They have no integrity. Above All still has not compensated me for the damage done to the ceiling of my garage by their plumber, Joe T. Point #3: The reason why it took me so long to respond is because it has taken me a long time to simmer down from being so infuriated and enraged by how dishonest and irresponsible this company has been instead of just paying and moving on. Point #4: Instead of putting up a lengthy, bogus response to save face and counter my complaint, they should have put forth the effort to just pay the amount CONFIRMED via email by the contractor who made the repairs to repair damage to my garage ceiling. At the time, I was preparing the home to put on the rental market. Point #5: Stop trying to distract the reviewer with your irrelevant background and your bogus timeline. YOU PUT A HOLE IN MY CEILING IN A HOME THAT I OWN AND DIDN'T PAY FOR IT. Point #6: I don't trust Joe T.'s assessment of my pipes. He's your guy, he caused unnecessary damage to my home and you are not taking responsibility for it. Point #7: I wouldn't ask for CPVC adapter because I'm not an expert. A expert came out and assessed Joe T.'s work and made that recommendation. You're not smart or clever. It's apparent you all think you are or at least smarter than me and the reader.
