Each dish was tasty and you could taste the care & love that went into creating the meals. Everyone was blown away by each dish served. There was also a person at the event with specific dietary restrictions and that was addressed and special care was taken to provide an alternative that met their restrictions but gave them the same delicious meal those of us without the restrictions had. They also made plenty of the alternative in case any of the rest of us wanted to try it and the alternative was as tasty as the other food. If I'm ever in a situation where I need a caterer I definitely will hire Chef Johnny
