The restaurant is a bit hard to find even though it's right on Route 66 - it's hidden behind a tax place (I think that's what it was) - I called and they directed us right to the place. Unique building - was very inviting - as it was sunny and 65 we should of eaten outside but all the tables were taken - next time. Food and service were exceptional!

I also get the soft serve ice cream in swirl or chocolate or vanilla. It's delicious and only 1.00 or large at 2.00. It's worth stopping in for the ice cream! They have a large variety of cooler drink choices like juices and various waters and energy drinks and a lot of snacks too. Popcorn, jerky, candy, cookies, T shirts, key chains, phone chargers, flashlights, batteries. Assorted stuff one might need for a road trip. They even sell my favorite water liquid death, Arizona tea. They also have iced sodas and 3 kinds of teas and a grill for sandwiches etc. It's just a great clean road trip stopping place. I give it 10 stars!

Pros: Nice staff. Provided twin blowup mattress for our youngest kid. Comfortable beds. Clean. Obviously recently updated. Cold A/C. Working fridge and microwave. They had cute reading lights attached to bedside lamps; we used for spot lighting and for making shadow puppets that were a welcome laugh, after many hours on the road. Cons: Very few. Man screaming to his friend with his door open (this seems to be a trend at inexpensive motels, is not the fault of the motel staff). Definitely would recommend.
