MSC catered a big summit I went to in sedona (Fit For Service ‍) in 2022 and they absolutely killed it. The food was phenomenal and so were all the staff. Long story short, Main Street Catering exceeded all expectations with delicious food, friendly, professional, and communicative staff, and beautiful presentation. If you need a caterer for any event in Northern AZ, choose Main Street Catering!!! Our company hosted a casual, outdoor, all-day event at the Fort Tuthill park in July of 2021 with 100 guests. We chose Main Street Catering for our group's dinner needs because they were super easy to work with and were dedicated to making our event great, despite the many unknowns of COVID precautions, weather (outdoor event with 98% chance of rain), fluctuating headcount, and a grocery list of unique allergies for the group. Plus, Main Street offered a much better price than the other vendors we were quoted from. In the weeks and days leading up to our event, the team at Main Street Catering was very quick to answer our questions and concerns. Their team gave us very detailed information about the ingredients in each dish, and worked with their Chef to make sure we had a menu that would accommodate our group's dietary restrictions. That extra level of care and consideration meant a lot to us, especially the folks in our group with those allergies because they had clear information about the meal, and felt safe to enjoy without the stress of an unexpected allergic reaction. On the day of our event, Main Street Catering arrived to our ramada at the park early, prepared, and completely self-sufficient. Our event planners for the event had stepped away for a few minutes and by the time they returned to the ramada, Main Street was already completely set up and ready to serve! Their presentation was stunning, and clearly labeled everything for our group (an added touch that made this an even better experience for the folks with dietary restrictions) to easily navigate the line. The serving team was phenomenal; they were friendly, happy to help our staff with any questions, and extremely professional. Throughout the dinner the serving team went above and beyond by walking around the ramada to collect dirty plates and help clean up - we were not expecting this level of service and it was the happiest surprise to our event planning team (this meant we didn't have to do the dirty work!). That level of service made the event more special than we anticipated. Throughout the evening we received multiple complements from even our pickiest staff members about how much they enjoyed the food. Presentation, accommodations to the dietary restrictions and allergies, flavor, portion sizes, etc. were all phenomenal! (We went with a BBQ style menu - would highly recommend!!) About two weeks after the event we asked our team to complete a survey about their experience at the event and even more positive reviews have poured in. Our company is considering hosting a similar style of event with our team in the future and we will keep Main Street Catering in mind for those events. Main Street Catering provided elegant gourmet food perfectly prepared and well presented for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding reception. Everything was exactly as the bride and groom requested. The wait staff were personable and they provided complete service from set up to clean up. Even though they had to travel from Flagstaff to the Grand Canyon Airport they were able to bring everything needed including decorations. Everything was perfect! Main Street catered our wedding reception, and if I could give them 100 stars, I would. Jyll worked with me through several menu changes without blinking an eye. She had great suggestions to best suit our needs and budget. Due to Covid we ended up having an outside reception for our wedding with just appetizers instead of a meal. But saying "just appetizers" is such a misnomer! These appetizers were a meal unto themselves and each one was spectacularly delicious. We had flank steak on garlic toast (perfect cook on the meat); salmon with dill sauce (incredible); bruschetta with ripe, tasty, tomatoes and mozzarella, with a basil sauce that was just the right blend of spices; guacamole that was some of the best I've had in a long time; a cheese and salami plate that had a variety of high quality, scrumptious cheese and meat - then homemade salsa and chips. The amount of food was perfect and they packaged up the very few leftovers for us ( which went away very quickly back at the homestead!) The service team was friendly and efficient. Our guests complimented the food over and over. I would hire Main Street again in a minute. Can't say enough good about them! read more

We arranged (from out of town) for a catered dinner for 18 for a family reunion we had at a VRBO place we rented. Dave was great to work with, arrived right on time, and provided excellent food. We got the Italian set of entrees. The eggplant parmigiana was an special hit, as was the chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and strawberries. The portions were generous, so we had a lot of leftovers which were gobbled up the next day. If we're ever in Flagstaff again, we will not hesitate to have Main Street cater for us.
