When I first came in, as a college student with modest assets, Rick was great about spending extensive time with me, discussing my financial goals, his investment philosophies, how the market and his office operate, and generally helping me feel confident about investing. The fence came down on one side with neighbors and was replaced quickly as we have a dog. The AC was original and when Summer hit they repaired the unit and replaced the unit this Summer. It says on our lease that we have a fireplace and a garbage disposal however they did not fix the fireplace. It's been out of order for many years and the landlord or the owner will not fix it because it's too expensive when there are issues or problems that need to be addressed They do not care. We had a problem with black mold growing in the sink underneath the cabinet in the kitchen and it had traveled under linoleum and when they finally got around to come in out and looking at it and then replacing the floors, they were upset about it, but it was because they had a dishwasher that had been leaking for many many years And did not want to fix it so why do we have to suffer with the smell of black mold, it was hard to get somebody to come out and take care of something that needed to be taken care of as far as replacing lightbulbs we do that as far as fixing little things we do it we don't bother them, but when it's something big like mold Then that's when we have to call JLT. We also have Gas heating and when I asked how long to eat wait before somebody comes out to clean out the vents and their answer is we don't do that. You don't have to do that. That is not true. They don't want to pay for it so just saying do not go through JLT rentals or investment properties.
