I went a couple of times over 3 weeks and the staff was kind, the laundromat was clean, the machines are in good shape. The dryers are especially powerful. The machines operate via quarters only. So bring your change or dollars as they have machines to get quarters. There's a couple of chairs in case you need to sit, parking in the front and back of the shopping center, and fans for ventilation. They also have additional services - to drop off your clothes/ items to be washed and dried and dry cleaning as well.

The place is relatively clean, with plenty of washers and dryers and tables to fold / organize clean laundry. The shift manager was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind to us. She provided key guidance on how to select a washer (small, medium, large) based on our load, how to purchase and fill a laundry card, and approximate drying time and capacity of the dryers. Sobe Suds is well-maintained and well-managed. They also sell high-quality, large capacity fabric laundry bags for $8. Highly recommend!

The last fold and wash we did they completely damaged all of cloths. We contacted the owner when we open their package and start noticing the white towels all had black stains on them her instant reply was she found lighters inside the cloths that may have been the problem. I replied that white towels don't wash with regular cloths. Then we started seeing the rest of the cloths with the same black stains. We just bought these cloths for a cruise we did a week before. They were new Hugo Boss shirts as you will see on the pictures below. She didn't bother to accept responsibility or care for her customer.

I am a 70-year-old woman, and the young woman on duty that morning treated me disrespectfully; she told me to "fuck you" because she refused to admit she had made a mistake. On top of that, when I finally got my clothes back, the service wasn't up to the usual standard: my blouses were wrinkled, and they had lost two pairs of socks. But the worst part was that she screamed at me and gave me the finger.

Charged me over $30 for the service which I found out would usually only be about $18. I was in no hurry, did not need it done right then, and I had been told of the upcharge I would have said I could pick it up later in the week. When I brought this to management's attention, they just shrugged it off. Never going back though I have been a customer there for many years.

We needed a place to do our laundry, and we chose Laundry Busters because of their long hours and prices. Yes, you need to drop it off and pick it up unlike those start up services that do drop off/pick up for you, but you have a car anyway so it's not too bad. Besides, Elsa is one of the nicest, funniest, and sweetest human beings ever. I looked forward to picking up and dropping off my laundry just so I could see her and catch up with her. Throughout the weeks we stayed in Miami, we got to know Elsa better. She always greeted us with a positive attitude and a smile. Our laundry was always folder perfectly and smelled amazing. I think we paid $20 each time for 2 people's laundry every 2 weeks. It was totally affordable (they charge $0.99 to $1.33 per lb I think. The $1.33 option includes more expensive detergent and softener) Highly recommend laundry busters :)

Larry the laundry attendant greeted us at the door with a big smile and welcomed us in. He seemed very giddy to see non-locals roll through. Larry gave us advice on which machines to use, how to use them, and how to load $$ on the laundry cards. Very friendly guy! The place itself was very big. LOTS of washers and dryers. It was reasonably clean, but definitely a little worn. I saw a few machines out of order and some video games not in service. Oddly there's a pool table in the middle of the place; not sure if it was usable though. We were in and out in about 90 minutes. Most loads took about 30 minutes and drying took about 20 minutes. A load costs between $3-$5 depending on the size of the machine. Dryers were about $0.50 for 10 minutes. You'll need about 20 minutes of drying time per load. We brought our own laundry detergent as well. All in all, it was a smooth experience. Larry made the whole ordeal worth the Yelp review. That dude is funny as well as helpful. This place is in the inner city, so some might consider the neighborhood a little sketch. Larry joked about that. Lol. I was just happy I now had clean underwear for the rest of my stay in Miami.
