I use to come here often and it was $25 for 60min foot reflexology but now it's $40. That has almost doubled the price when you add in tip and it's only been like 3 year. The message I got was not the same. I felt like the girl that was messaging me was not sure what she was doing. For one they have added hot stones to the message (anyone can do that), I'd rather have the correct reflexology message. Second of all, the order in which they do things was all off too. Normally your feet are left in the hot water till they are done with the upper body message but this didn't happen. She message part of my head then took my feet out left them to dry and get cold then went back to work on my arms. There was plenty of stoping and talking during the message too as if they really didn't know what was next. Oh, and I too was asked for more money on the tip. I had to explain I was not expecting to pay $40 because in December it had already gone up to $35. Me, my sister and mom normally come here but after this we will not be back. read more

This place looks like a run of the mill reflexology place. In a strip mall. Prices on the doors, etc. But surprisingly it's much different! Their pricing is the largest difference. They have fantastic prices that have beaten their competition hands down. The interior is your typical place, 5-6 beds for foot reflexology and some rooms for massages. I had the 60 minute foot with 30 minute back for 55!! You have no idea how inexpensive that is. The staff is very friendly, that being said their English isn't the best. But hey, they are making an effort to learn it. So I completely respect that. Overall with the friendliness and the level of massage I received I would have no qualms about coming back here for another massage. Really a 4.5 out of 5, but yelp has yet to adopt the .5 grading scale ;) read more

I have been to this place several times. Up until tonight, I would have given them four to five stars. Tonight, however, the massage was lacking. I told the lady to do a more deep massage, but she didn't. It was more like having someone put lotion on me than getting an actual massage. I was also annoyed because THE SAME SONG played the ENTIRE time. I am a generous tipper when I feel someone is at least trying, but in this case, I gave a minimal tip of 15 per cent. Then the lady TOLD ME how much I needed to tip. I was dumbfounded. She told me, "One hour massage" -- and then stated how much I should tip. She was very insistent. I didn't even bother trying to explain myself because I am pretty sure she didn't understand English very well. Wanted to try this place again. I called, and was told to show up at 5:30pm for a massage... I show up at 5:30, and the lady tells me to come back at 6:15pm.. I don't live close. And WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! this place should shut down. This is absolutely pathetic. I'm literally laying here as this guy is falling asleep massaging my feet. I was the first guy in today so it's not like he's tired after a long day... the day just started. He's been rubbing the arch of my foot for the last 20 min and keeps twitching in and out of sleep. He's done it at least 8 times already. When I walked in, they all freaked out on me that I had a groupon, they eventuallyhonored it but, after a mandarin shouting match and putting me on the phone with their boss.... he's falling asleep again. Pathetic. Terrible massage. Came in with genuine left heel pain, and will leave with that same pain and oily feet. Waste of my time and money. read more

Really enjoyed the massage I got this morning. The business is new and very clean, and I mean immaculate. The employees were very friendly. I got the 30 min foot / 30 min back combo for $40, which is about market rate it seems. I mean, yeah, maybe a little cheaper down close to Bellaire, but competitive for around here. The foot massage was probably about standard for what I have had in Houston. Lay down with a heat pack in the small of your back, neck, head, and face while your feet soak, then a foot rub focusing on trigger points. Very nice. But after the foot rub we moved into a private room, and the other 30 minutes were the body part, mostly back, and that was where this place really stood out. That back massage was FANTASTIC. (I also noticed at this point that the table was so new you could still smell the lumber it was made of. Not a bad smell at all, just an observation I had at the time.) I also appreciate that the oils and creams used seemed to be oderless. Overall, great experience and I will be back! read more

For $40 I got the 30 min back and 30 min foot massage. Great massage. Decent ambiance for the size of the establishment. Newer chairs, clean feeling surfaces, pleasant music, and dim lighting. My masseuse started off by asking how much pressure which really sets a good tone with me. (A lot of places dont ask). The only thing is that the entrance bleeds a lot of light into the main room where they start the massage, its glaringly bright at the right time of day. I wish they would have gave me more accurate times. Well I favor got the hot stone foot massage and the stone was cold or warm. The person was not good at massaging the foot. Which I really needed from all that standing and cooking for thanksgiving. But really good at the shoulder, neck, and back of the legs. Maybe next time it would be better. read more

Just dropped in on a weekday afternoon. They had immediate availability for my wife and I. She said the CC machine was down but we had cash so no problem there. I give it 5 stars because it has everything you want in a local foot massage place. Chairs comfortable, music good, dark, quiet, efficient. It is such a better deal than a traditional massage place. $25 gets every part of your body rubbed, and we spent $5 more for hot stones and 10 extra minutes. The last two times I went the man I had smelt like smoke his hands in particular, which are massaging you. The first time I tried to not let to defer me because I loved this place. I have been coming here for a few years now. In the beginning this place didn't have any reviews or much business and I yelped about it saying it was a diamond in the rough, soon it would be busy and popular. They still don't ha e a lot of reviews but they are definitely much busier. I had to wait for my massage today. Only a few minutes though so don't stress about wait times. Usually my therapist is a man which I generally prefer because I have knots in my shoulders that always need to be worked out . today I was not thrilled to see that my therapist was to be a woman. A very slight wisp of a woman. But again They were busy so unless I was willing to wait she would have to do. Her name is Cindy. And I owe Cindy a major apology. This little woman gave me the best massage I have had in a very long time. Her size was not an issue. She was as strong as any man who has ever given me a massage and she did an exceptional job on my knots as well as my knees and my feet. When I come back I will definitely ask for Cindy as my first choice. This place remains affordable and clean and friendly. Good , legitimate masseuses for the most part but very poor customer management. If you call ahead to request specific masseuse or even " a lady masseuse" they agree to whatever you want at whatever time you plan on arriving. Trouble is that is all they do. When you arrive they pretend no recollection of the call and rarely have the requested masseuse available .. I recommend looking elsewhere as they will not change their anti English customer discrimination .. I have shared positive constructive suggestions three times with no affect .. a shame really as they have such potential .. read more

I had a very good experience here. The lady started immediately without wasting any time. I got 60 mins foot and 30 mins back. When they say "foot", they actually also do shoulders, head, arms etc. So it is almost a complete package. On the back she also did hot stone and deep tissue massage (for no additional cost!). I have been to a lot of massage places including some massage chains but I must say I have had the best massage over here thus far. I have not once twitched in pain throughout the massage which I have done during massages at the other places. Plus she did a very customized massage. She saw where I needed more focus and she spent time only doing that instead of trying to cover basics. The only downside for me was at the end, she stood at the cashier and was expecting a tip. Usually I don't tip people (I have a load of reasons for that besides trying to save money). But since she did a good job, I thought of tipping her 10% which I think is at least minimum. But she was NOT happy with it and she did not hesitate to express that. She bluntly asked for more. It created an awkward moment and I ended up giving her 20%. I was made to feel embarrassed. And yeah, don't expect them to know if you had called and/or made an appointment and/or had a special request etc. They do not maintain a log and once you go there, you would be explaining them the same thing again in person. Overall, there were some downsides but the massage was awesome! I hope they do the same for repeat customers also (and not only to newcomers). read more

This place is horrible. I walked in and asked for the 1 hour $25 package for reflexology. He tried to upgrade me to another package for $40 but I declined. We went to the back and he tried whispering to me to upgrade again. I said "no thank you, I'm okay". He said "$40? Okay!" I said "no, not $40. Just my feet." I could tell he was annoyed with me. After that he just started going through the motions and didn't apply any pressure. He was basically just rubbing me. I stopped him after 20 minutes and told him I would like to leave. Another guy walked over and told me that I would have to pay $20. I declined and he said that was the policy. 20 minutes is $20. I asked to see the policy in writing and he kept explaining why it was the policy. After 5 minutes of barely understanding each other and me consistently asking if there was someone else I could talk to, he asked me how much I wanted to pay. I told him I would pay $15 and he agreed. I still think $15 was too much for a little rub, I just wanted to get out of there ASAP. read more

I wanted to try a new reflexology location and plus, my body was overly sore so I was looking forward to the massage. I already had made up in my mind I wanted a one hour full body massage (esp since I always go for the foot reflexology special). I was immediately greeted at the door and went straight to the backroom. This massage ranks as one of the most amazing I've ever had! But I must admit, she used a looooottttt of lotions and oils. Lol. She did wipe it off in the end though. The only negative was my massage didn't focus very much on the feet. It was like 2 taps and she was done. No bueno. So I asked her what happened to the feet? She didn't speak very good English so she called in another staff. The staff said feet is extra $5. I didn't complain because she spent an extra 30 minutes doing just my feet, knees and ankles - it was awesome! Total was $65 and I left her a $20 tip since she did such a fantastic job! I've had hundreds of massages but this one was by far the worst. The guy who worked on me (I think his name was Pete, who doesn't speak English) basically just rubbed my muscles with his knuckles. I wouldn't call it a massage. I asked if he was a massage therapist and he didn't answer or maybe didn't understand the question. My friends who aren't massage therapists give better foot and back massages than him. Very poor technique, not relaxing, definitely not therapeutic at all, and I actually left with back pain. While he was working on my arms, my feet were hanging off the lounge chair, which is a horrible & painful position for anyone's back. Since he didn't speak English, he couldn't understand a word I said. When I told him the massage wasn't good, he laughed but I'm not sure he understood what I meant. He then asked me to give him a tip!! I will definitely not be going back to SQ foot reflexology. read more
