One week they called three times, then the police. The next time they called me once, then called the police. When a called Buffalo Alarm and cheerful young lady answered and immediately transferred me to Jim, service manager. He set up an appt. and advised the service fee. Very reasonable. The tech arrived at the appointed time. He replaced the battery quickly and checked all the other batteries. He didn't try to upsell and I'm grateful for that. If I ever want to upgrade our system, Buffalo Alarm is the only company I would use.
