By chance I found Buffalo Alarm on the internet and gave them a call. I really was expecting to be told that I would have to sign up for a year contract for monitoring, which is what happened awhile ago with a another alarm co. When a called Buffalo Alarm and cheerful young lady answered and immediately transferred me to Jim, service manager. He set up an appt. and advised the service fee. Very reasonable. The tech arrived at the appointed time. He replaced the battery quickly and checked all the other batteries. He didn't try to upsell and I'm grateful for that. If I ever want to upgrade our system, Buffalo Alarm is the only company I would use.

Blaming COVID-19? I've received many packages in the mail and via delivery by UPS with minimal delay. During your phone call dated Monday, July 13, 2020 at 1:42 p.m. according to my phone logs you left a message saying that, "you didn't know what to do to resolve this dispute" I did leave an additional voicemail message on July 16 at the number you provided advising that I WANT TO BE FULLY REIMBURSED. Thirty days later, the USB device that you allegedly shipped still hasn't arrived, nor have you provided any concrete proof that you shipped it You have clear instructions. Return my money.
