My family and I moved here from California, the staff at Spur apartments were extremely supportive. We were greeted with professional hospitality. They made the entire process so simple. The apartment grounds are absolutely beautiful. We look forward to an exciting new life in Nevada. read more

I am a resident here and I was beyond impressed with the professionalism provided by Samantha at the leasing office. When our water heater went out the day before the holiday weekend she stayed late and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before leaving for the weekend. I am thankful to know i can have faith that the people who work here care about us and have integrity to make sure they go above and beyond for every resident. read more

Current resident here, Spur Apartments has the absolute WORST parking situation I've ever experienced. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and we were provided with only 1 parking permit, which my roommate and I were totally fine with! However, not only is there not enough parking for non-permitted spots/ visitors, there isn't even enough spots for the cars that ACTUALLY HAVE THE PERMITS. If we go anywhere after 5pm there is zero chance of there being a spot available when we come back. It's almost a routine now where we have to park in the "future resident" spots out in front of the leasing office only to run out the next morning before 9am to move the car before we get sited....for not being able to find parking as a permitted tenant. The apartment itself is beautiful and we are very happy with it, but the parking is so bad that if we could choose again we would not live here. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you don't have a car, it's not worth it. read more

I'm new in town and came here looking for an apartment and found this one to be by far the most gorgeous place to live.. the staff is amazing and they did everything to ensure I had all the correct information about all of what they have to offer here... I highly recommend this place to call home if you are looking for a beautiful place to live along with helpful staff!! It's hard to find this type of service now days!! Big Thanks to Ricardo who helped me with answering all my questions! read more

My roommate and I have been considering Spur for quite some time and decided to tour it together today to decide if we were going to choose this place or another. I'm grateful that we did because the attitude of Brie completely turned us away. The place was very pretty, good price and location but the way we were treated made us decide not to move in. Brie was on her phone the entire time of the tour and almost seemed frustrated when we asked her questions. I'm not expecting to be waited on hand and foot but I'm also not expecting to have my leasing agent let a gate shut in my face. It was such a bad experience. Not sure what we did to deserve the attitude and the demeaning experience maybe it was a bad day but it felt like we were being prejudged? When we asked Brie about pricing she just kept telling us that it was "very expensive" almost like she didn't think we could afford it? Jokes on her because after we finally were told the price we realized it was actually below our budgets. Would never consider living in a place with that kind of entitlement and disrespect. I shouldn't leave an apartment complex feeling like I was put down by the staff. read more

This place is so modern and the leasing officers are so nice and helpful and the manager if so friendly and speaks 3 different languages very cool guy. Can't wait to move in read more

This apartment complex used to be great, but not anymore since they have a new owner. They used to offer free weekly massages, workout classes and gourmet coffee and tea. They are now doing away with all that while having the audacity to raise rent. It's right next to the 215, so I get to listen to the noisy freeway all night long while also hearing my neighbors clearly due to the thin walls. The water in this apartment is very hard. It's not filtered/softened at all. If I'm going to be paying $75 a month for water, I wish they would treat. Any water drop on the white countertops leaves behind a hard water stain. The walls in the shower and in the farmer's sink have such bad water stains that no type of cleaner can keep them at bay. Since it's a new construction, they also have an infestation of Serratia Marcescens bacteria in the water and air. They do offer free pest control that is available each Tuesday, but I just don't understand how silverfish get into my second floor apartment. Additionally since my apartment faces the freeway, there is no direct access to the parking lot, so moving in was a lot of back and forth to the car. Even carrying groceries from my car to my apartment is a trek. This is made especially worse since each apartment is only given one parking pass, even though there are multiple rooms/people. So there is always a lack of close parking. read more

This place is amazing. Looked at a few apartments in Henderson but this was the newest and cleanest looking!

Awful. Constantly having issues with thing in the apartment. My car got towed because they only give one parking pass per room.

I have been living here for a few months my husband moved here first from CA and every time there is a concern it is handled amazingly by Ricky but I feel that the Maintenace was not 100 percent the Supervisor Alejandro always came and took care of us and he is very understanding and friendly and works in a timely manner to ensure it gets corrected right away. read more

Let me start with the fact that everyone in the office is really nice and friendly, including the maintenance guy Alejandro that came and fixed our shakey ceiling fan and the outlet that wasn't working We've been here for a little over a week now. We definitely love our apartment and our location.I really wish the property management would reconsider about assigning at least 1 parking stall per apartment near the actual unit. I attend school at night and don't get home until almost 10:45pm and by that time I'd have to park all the way on the other side of the property and walk about 5 minutes to my door. Now I know this area is pretty safe, but still walking alone late at night is still pretty scary. So please property management reconsider assigning a parking stall near the apartment unit for SAFETY and convenience reasons. If we had our own assigned parking it would've been 5 stars. Also I hope our remotes can be fixed soon so we can actually enjoy the amenities offered here and our code for family and friends to visit to also work cause it's not. Honestly the remote and the code thing should've been done by the day of our move in. But I'll give it another few days, HOPEFULLY it'll get done! read more

Great and convenient place to live at. The employees are all genuine people. The maintenance staff are all hardworking and trustworthy people including Gil and Jose who previously worked here. 5 stars read more

I've been living here at Spur for a little over a year and I've just renewed my lease to extend my stay at this beautiful property. When I came in Ricky was the Asst. Manager, he's now the Property Manager and has exceeded my expectations. He's always been very kind with us and is doing a great job in fulfilling his role as the Manager. Amanda, the Asst. Manager is also great. I always get a sense of urgency from her with anything we need- I appreciate it tremendously. Gloria, is fairly new for me, but I can say the interactions I've had with her have been pleasant. She's very nice and respectful to us. Angel from the maintenance team is Amazing! I can't say enough about the staff and the property. Thus far we have enjoyed our time here. read more

I am writing a follow up review to my previous review. I just moved out of Spur this past weekend and I miss it so much! I had such an amazing stay and I wish I could buy my unit. I have never had an issue or any problems. Ricky, Amanda, Gloria, and the Maintenance supervisor and every person that has worked there has made my experience more than amazing and I would suggest this place to everyone. The units are modern the property is clean, the pool area is beautiful, the gym and e-lounge are so convenient and there's no place like it. Thank you so much Ricks and Amanda for making my stay in 1307 amazing. read more

Me and my husband have really enjoyed living here. The staff is kind and helpful and the apartments are beautiful and modern. We have loved the amenities in the gym and in our apartment. Especially the light in the mirror it adds a nice luxury feel to the apartment. read more

Thanks Ricky for the phone call. Gloria and Bri keep that front office together. Just want peace and love in my little community that's all. read more

I have had nothing but trouble since I moved here. From miscommunication with the office to this just not being the place that was advertised. I moved here in Oct. It's now January and I just received my cabinets. Also the walls are so thin that you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Another thing is the parking situation, I have two cars and I only got one parking pass when I moved in. This makes having company and bringing up groceries a hassle. I gave the apartments one star because they are nice looking, just poorly ran and put together. I would not tell my worst enemy to more here. Definitely over priced and disfunctional. read more

The most horrendous parking situation of any apartment complex I have ever seen in this city. They claim to be a luxury apartment but you have to walk a mile to get to your residence. Oh and the best part.. the management in the office could care less about this matter and will do absolutely nothing to fix it. Don't waste your time. read more

Do not rent here! Finding parking once your done with your 9-5 job or running your errands is nonsense in the evening/night. Parking is impossible here, also there are people that keys your vehicle and there is immature neighbors that won't take responsibility when they do a hits and run. Also when you put in a request for a maintenance.... let me tell you.. good luck! Since I moved in they haven't fixed the light outside of the apartment till the day of move out still hasn't been fix. Also it took them more than a month to fix my washer, and you want to know the best part?!? There is no best part! If you have any issues, they lack of communication! They are rude! And they will find ever excuse to not give your deposit back! When they did a walk through before I moved out they told me everything looks good you will get your deposit back, More than a month later I haven't heard from them and had to give them a call and just to find out I'm not getting any of my deposit back! read more

This apartment complex is luxury and modern as far as the design and appliances! However, when this was designed parking wasn't considered. You only get one parking decal per apartment! That doesn't make sense to me! In my opinion as well as others, if your name is on the lease you should get a decal! My husband and I both have vehicles. You shouldn't have to park a mile away from your door. When you're paying a costly amount for rent this shouldn't even be an issue! It's a huge hassle when you have groceries and there is open parking in your unit, but you can't park there. Also, there should be a designated parking area for guests! Lastly, with a complex as luxury as this one, there should be security patrolling at night and security cameras that actually capture everything!!!!! And I do agree the walls are thin! read more

I hate to leave a negative review on a place I've never lived, however, as someone looking for my next place to reside, I have not been able to get a hold of a single person at this office. I called the number on the website, tried the chat on the website, and called the number on here with absolutely zero response. It's strange that rent prices are not available to view anywhere online. I will continue my rental search elsewhere. These things should be easy to accomplish. I can't imagine living here and not being able to reach the office staff. read more

Do NOT move here unless you like long walks to your apartment every night. The parking situation is a disaster. They did not make enough parking spaces for the amount of apartments and the complex is still not done so it's only going to get worse. The walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors. The floors are super noisy. If you live on the first or second floor your upstairs neighbors stairs go right up through your living room and bedroom. Their front door is right by your bedroom window and the doors are heavy duty and slam loud. Trash is a huge problem. Got bit by a brown recluse spider and was in and out of the hospital for a month. This is he nicest worst complex I have ever lived in and it's not cheap. Would expect a lot better paying that much. I will not be renewing my lease. read more

#spur has been the best experience I've had with an apartment complex so far, bria is amazing and helped me get in with ease. The process was so easy she kept me updated with everything. And the apartments are modern and beautiful read more

My family and I love living at Spur! All of our neighbors have been super friendly, the amenities are so nice, and the staff is always helpful. Justin has been awesome and helpful when we have any concerns. Nothing will ever be PERFECT, but the staff sure does try their very best. It has been a very quiet place for us to live thus far, and we have been enjoying the amenities/neighbors! Thanks for everything you do #Spur team! read more

I moved in while I was pregnant September 2018. I was put in a unit with mold that made me sick, we finally found it and told management. They moved us to a new unit a week later and had us stay in the "guest apartment" they didn't give us a discount for our inconvenience. They didn't care that I was pregnant and getting sicker and sicker everyday. They raised the rent but wont fix the issues worng with the apartment unit. My floors have bubbles in them that they wont fix because "its leveled". They wont fix my toilet handle because "that's just they it is". I've called multiple times about my upstairs neighbors being so damn loud they woke up my baby TWICE, but they dont care. Apparently NOW you have to buy your own filter and they replace it for you. BULL. They have very nice appliances in the home but not worth the rent and bullshit you have to put up with. My car was broken into but since there is no security cameras, they couldn't do anything about it. read more

The apartment was supposed to be luxury. I waited for the new building to become available over the summer. Day 1 of moving in and it looks like the had untrained illegals put the place together. The job is sloppy. The faucet did not work properly; the cabinets are horribly uneven. The master drain did not suction so I couldn't have a bath, then Cox arrives to install the cable and the phone jack and cable jack are all backwards!! Yes, every single one. The had to switch them all around which took some paint of the wall due to a shotty paint job done in the first place. They sent out maintenance to repair the tub and he lied like he did it, then when I requested it actually be fixed and for them not to send out the same repair tech the supposed "boss" gets there with an attitude, sorry WRONG TENANT DUDE!! I asked that my light in the freezer be replaced and they send a guy who speaks no English who only yells "hey lady" down the damn hallway because he can't read the damn work order. After every bit of 30 minutes and me constantly hearing the ice being moved around he left and low and behold not new light in the freezer! I had to go into the office to get them to have it changed, why that was rocket science, I have no idea. They are all incompetent and they have filthy tenants that throw trash all over the complex like it supposed to be on the ground. The office staff does nothing about it. Most of the dog owners also NEVER pick up their dog crap!! Why should I have to walk out and clean up someone else's dog crap. I don't even have a dog!!! Again it looks nice from the outside but when you move in its a nightmare!!!. The only pro is that I have decent neighbors, because from what I've seen and heard many in the complex aren't so lucky. This is luxury for section 8 recipients, not hard working individuals. read more

I have lived here in this apartment in Henderson since 2018. I have one of the garage attached apartments. I find my experience here was great, but since I have my own attached garage, I can't report any specific parking issue. The apartments are next to a major highway and there is a train track behind my apartment that is used 3 times or so a week. The noise can be a bit disturbing sometime when the frieght trains pass. If you look for an apartment that is on the other side away from the train tracks it is probably much quieter. My toilet handle in bathroom is very cheap and it broke 3 times since I have been here. Each time it was fixed promptly by maintenance. It is strange that a well kept and designed complex should have put in such cheap quality toilets. I renewed my lease last year and I was grateful that it only went up by about $25 a month for my new lease. For that they get high marks from me, seeing that other places will increase by as much as $100 / month or more, on lease renewal. I would recommend living here to others. I think the value for money is good. read more
